3-7 night or more stays welcome in this 2 bedroom 2 bath top floor condo in oceanside resort. Fully furnished and equipped. Main bedroom with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed and set of twin bunk beds. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. Easy walk to Ocean via boardwalk over tidal marsh. 3 pools including 1 indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, 6 tennis courts some marked for pickleball. Queen bed and private bath in the main bedroom. 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed and twin over twin bunk set. The hall bath serves this bedroom. The sofa and entertainment center is in the living room, with a 50-inch TV. The dining table seats 4 with 2 more seats at the kitchen bar. Vinyl plank floors! Screened balcony with golf course view and sunset views. Monthly rentals year round inquire about pricing. 3 night stays other times of the year. Weekly only June 21 to August 9. Newer heating and air. Close to historical Savannah GA and located on the main bike path on HHI walking distance to 3 parks!

We just got back from a week in Hilton Head (March 22–29) and had such a great stay in this condo. It’s cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Kevin was also very responsive, which made everything super easy.The location really can’t be beat and just minutes from the beach and close to everything else we wanted to do. Most restaurants were about 15–20 minutes away, but honestly, driving anywhere on the island is so pretty it didn’t matter at all.We had one rainy day and ended up staying in, but it worked out perfectly. The indoor pool in the building next door was great, and The Beach Bear had food, drinks, and even a small gift shop for things like towels and sunscreen. The owner there was so friendly, too.We would absolutely stay here again and genuinely loved Hilton Head. If you go, definitely check out Saltmarsh Paddle Tours (Carson was amazing), and grab dinner at Hudson’s, Skull Creek Boathouse, or Quarterdeck in Harbour Town. Coligny Beach is also a must, stop by Carolina Coffee & Crumbs and then head over to the Tiki Hut for lunch and drinks.Overall, this condo is in the perfect spot to enjoy everything the island has to offer!

I enjoy sharing it with others as I have for the past even though I am new to VRBO I am not new to renting my condo as a vacation rental. I am constantly improving and upgrading it. I live in Charlotte NC about 4 hours away but have professional cleaners and maintenance people to help when I am not there. I am a Licensed SC and NC real estate broker Owner of my own company Homes of the South Inc. in Charlotte a full service real estate firm. I enjoy travelling and have been to all 50 states, 36 state capitals and 21 foreign countries. I love coming to Hilton Head and I come about 12 times a year to check on my place and to vacation myself. I have own my condo on Hilton Head since 2003 and have rented it many guests over the years. I enjoy going to Hilton Head as much as my guests do believe me and I love travelling in general.

Why they chose this property

I am very responsive and with my frequent visits I am always improving my condo and checking on things. I come down frequently when the condo is not rented to enjoy it myself. I love our resort with our amenities 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool which is nice even in the summer. 6 tennis courts one marked for pickleball. Hot tub and sauna. Enjoy the boardwalk walk over to the beach always changing with a different view. Have a wagon and foldable chairs to make it easy to get the beach. Love our oceanfront bar and grill called Cocos and our poolside Island Grill and Deli by the large outdoor pool. Great location on the island centrally located close to shopping like Whole Foods and Kroger and the whole Shelter Cove Town Center. Located on the main bike path and free trolley route with a stop right outside our gate. Love all the parks of the island as well and enjoying walks in them and so many great restaurants to choose from all over the island. Convenient shopping for all budgets from Walmart to department stores to the outlets. Enjoy your stay at my condo and come back again.

day trip for your vacation.
