This unusual residential and resort community offers first-class living for those who choose to visit and those who reside here. Shipyard includes championship golf and tennis, trails for biking and jogging, a first-class resort, a health spa, and most importantly – the beach.
Our 2 bdr/ 2,5 bathrooms Harbour Masters villa has wonderful golf and lagoon view and steps away from pool.

Perfect weekend family getaway

Enjoyed our weekend stay. Our host was fantastic, no issues and great property! Wasn't far from the beach and had a pool to enjoy in the evening.

Overall, we had a great time. Recommend mountain bikes to get around as location is farthest from Beach within Shipyard. We had bikes, so worked well for us...

Lovely place

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had just about everything we needed. A nice quiet location with an outside back where we could watch the golfers playing. When we had had trouble with the lock we messaged the owner and she answered immediately which is a big plus in my opinion!

This was a fine stay. The property isn’t fancy, but if you need a place to relax and lay your head it did the job. The kitchen looks recently remodeled with all new appliances. The trundle bed in the second bedroom is kind of falling apart and could use replacing, but it held a teenager fine and did the job. The window wall in the main bedroom upstairs shakes and is noisy every time someone walks in the room. Unnerving, but not sure why? The sliding doors to the patio are difficult to use/slide (just older). Other than a check in code we received no instructions (check in or check out) from the owner. They were quick to communicate though, when we had questions or issues! We would stay again, and it seems like the owner may be in the process of updating things (kitchen looked great!)

Weekend getaway

Love the location in shipyard, was a great escape. Host was very responsive. Back wall/windows upstairs make shaking noises when walking around bedroom, probably needs to be tightened up. Front door locks also need to be replaced/maintained. Otherwise we were very happy and would still recommend.

Weekend in Shipyard

The location was perfect, The property is adequate. Carpet needs cleaning or replacing. Freshening paint would improve the property. Little touches, such as leaving a hand towel in the downstairs bath, would make guests feel more welcome. The property has great potential, however, compared to our stays at other properties, it could use a few improvements to bring it up to the 5 star rating shown on VRBO when we rented it. We would rent the property again. My suggestions are to help the owner.
