The domicile is also popular due to the view of the forests from the property and its quiet and sunny location. Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 5 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating and central heating (wood/coal). There is a wood-burning stove with sight glass.

In the kitchen there is a small cooker.

Both ovens are heated with wood. The entrance is covered, ground level and wheelchair accessible and leads over 1 step directly in the porch with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, lounge, dinette, DVD, stereo system, radio and CD. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, refrigerator (200 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Wind trap Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window, washing machine and dryer.
1st floor: Common room with lounge. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. TV via Atra satellite system

Zalaistvánd. The holiday home is located on a 1,500 m² enclosed garden plot with lawn, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Restored Hungarian holiday home with mullioned windows and shutters. Furnished with antique furniture. Small shed with garden furniture, parasol, bicycles and firewood available. Large garden plot with terrace, campfire site and barbecue area. Well available. The holiday home is located in the part of Hungary west of the Danube. More precisely, in Zala County. In a small Hungarian village called Zalaistvánd. The village has a small corner shop which is surprisingly well stocked. In the nearest larger town, Zalaegerszeg, 15 km away, there are several supermarkets. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. There is also the possibility to park a caravan.

In the kitchen, there is a small cooking stove.
