Welcome to our newly built luxury cabin in the majestic Smoky Mountains! Revel in breathtaking views of sprawling mountain ranges and spectacular sunsets visible from every floor on the back porch.

First Floor Elegance: Features a king bedroom with balcony, TV, and an en-suite bathroom boasting a walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room includes a fireplace, TV, and queen sleeper sofa. Discover puzzles and board games in the bedroom closet and side table.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Stocked with all essentials, including a coffee pot, blender, Ninja Foodi, toaster, microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher.
Self-Supplied Essentials: Bring your own coffee, food, toiletries, and personal items. A starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels is provided.

Second Floor Retreat: Houses two king bedrooms, each with private decks, TVs, and en-suite bathrooms with shower/tub combos. The living area offers another electric fireplace, TV, queen sleeper sofa, an air hockey table, and over 400 arcade games, all framed by large windows to immerse in the mountain scenery.

Lower-Level Entertainment: A heated indoor pool (set to about 85 degrees), TV, sectional seating, cornhole, and a hot tub await, with the room maintained at a cozy 85 degrees. Also includes a stacked washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board!

Smart TV Convenience: Equipped with Roku Streaming Sticks, automatically logging out at your departure. Bring your own streaming logins.

Gourmet Outdoor Cooking: A 28-inch Blackstone griddle, complete with large spatulas, egg rings, and basic seasonings.

Enhanced Air Quality: A 7-stage HEPA air purifier and deodorizer on the first level maintain clean air continuously.

Pristine Water Quality: Enjoy water refined through a double purification system and softener, ensuring no more sulfurous smells and only the softest H2O experience.

While the entire cabin is open for your enjoyment, please note that two owner’s closets on the lower level are reserved for storage and remain locked.

You will receive the smart lock door code 48 hours before your stay, ensuring a smooth and secure entry.

Parking is conveniently available both to the right and in front of the cabin.

For your safety and security, a doorbell camera is installed at the front door, and a floodlight camera is positioned on the northeast side of the cabin. These will be operational during your stay. We kindly request that you do not interfere with these security measures, as any tampering with the cameras will necessitate immediate departure from the property without a refund.

CABIN RULES: Acceptance of the reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the following rules:

Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the cabin must be at least 21 years old. A photo ID must be submitted within 24 hours of booking.

Instant Bookings: Guests who book instantly must contact the owner within 48 hours to confirm age with a valid photo ID and provide the total number of guests.

Booking Confirmation: The person who books must be present at check-in. Third-party bookings are not permitted.

Occupancy Limit: The maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Any additional guests beyond the booking number will incur a fee of $100 per person and immediate eviction.

No Pets and No Smoking: Pets are strictly prohibited due to allergy concerns. Violation will result in a $100 charge and immediate eviction.

Pool Safety: The pool room is equipped with a safety lock.

Pool and Hot Tub Use: Guests use the pool and hot tub at their own risk. The hot tub is restricted to guests aged 18 and above. Always cover the hot tub when not in use. No lifeguard is on duty. Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Glass Prohibition: No glass items are allowed in the pool area or near the hot tub. Violation results in a $500 cleaning fee.

Pool Area Conduct: No running or horseplay. Beware of slippery floors.
Fire Restrictions: All fires, including candles, are strictly prohibited both inside and outside the cabin. Unauthorized fires result in a $100 fee plus damages.

No Refunds: There are no refunds for issues beyond our control such as weather, natural disasters, power outages, etc.

Check-In/Out Times: No early check-in or late check-out. Early arrival or late departure will result in a $50 fee per occurrence.

Wildlife Advisory: The cabin is located in a mountainous area, so expect to encounter wildlife. Do not feed or approach bears or any other wildlife.
