About this property

Modern Rustic House with specatular ocean and desert views

Casa Ocean Brick is designed by renowned La Paz arcitects ABAC Architecture, is a rustic modern classic. It features a huge open concept living area on the top floor, and 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. Each bedroom has ocean views from each bed, and a private patio off the master

The house features 4 outdoor areas. A huge roof top deck with hammock and sitting area, perfect for sunsets. A patio off living area and bedrooms, plus a huge pool deck with sitting area, and outdoor fire pit.

The location for our house is perfect. Both Cerritos beach and San Pedrito Beach are 5-10 minute walks, and our jaw droppping views extend 270 degrees, to the ocean, and through the desert to the rugged mountains.

It is worth noting that as we chose to create specatular views, there are a number of stairs to access the house.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Don’t overlook Casa Brick

Our family of seven fully enjoyed this wonderful property up on the hill overlooking the dusty roads of Cerritos, you’ll be happy you booked this place. Being up and out of the dust is definitely recommended. Close to Shana’s, Same same but different, Beach dogs Café, and a very short drive or decent walk to Playa Cerritos. Casa Brick is right there in the heart of the action.
