The Red House- One mile from Narrows Marina, Shiloh Marina, or Devils Fork

Location, Location!! Covered boat storage! Cute remodeled red house, located in Greers Ferry close to all amenities. Within a mile there are restaurants, gas station, grocery stores, and shopping. One mile from Lacy's Narrows Marina and Shiloh Marina, both great spots to launch your boat. Devils Fork is also within 1.5 miles if you want launch there or swim at the beach. The Greers Ferry City Park is close by with ballfields, playground, disc golf, and a walking trail.

This house has recently been updated, 1600 square foot. It features 2 bedrooms (both King beds, one with a full bath and one with a half bath) and a bunk room (bunk bed full/twin, and a queen). The bunk room is accessed through the second king bedroom. The red house, has two full bathrooms and a half bath. The house has two 70 inch tv's, and internet. We have a great firepit area, with great night lighting to enjoy a fire. The covered patio comes with a gas grill, and we have a commercial ice maker inside the home (this is a great help for your lake coolers) as well as a washer/dryer. Behind the house we have a small creek that runs thru the property that creates a peaceful scene combined with the large trees surrounding the home. There is a large covered parking area, that will accommodate a boat or a camper.

There is a security camera on the property used to monitor the home while no one is staying and to help coordinate house cleaners, but is turned off during your stay.
