Cocoonr Annecy offers you the opportunity to rent Le Petit Élégance, a modern, refined flat ideally located at the foot of the Taillefer mountain and just a few steps from the lake.
Perfect for a stay as a couple, a family or with a young child (cot and high chair available free of charge on request), this flat combines comfort, modernity and a privileged location in a new, quiet and bright residence.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).

- Open kitchen with central island, fully equipped: dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, raclette and fondue machine, mixer.
- Cosy dining area.

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite shower room (walk-in shower, hairdryer, illuminated mirror).
- Built-in storage in the entrance and bedroom.

All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.

Transport :
- Regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15, with a stop located 2 minutes from the flat, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 25 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5 to 25 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.

- Entirely non-smoking accommodation
- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.
- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and on departure.
An inventory of fixtures can also be carried out on arrival and departure.
- We are happy to welcome your pet (dog up to 8 kg), for an extra charge of €40. For any special requests (greater weight, second animal, other animal, etc.), please contact us: we will study your request carefully.

To comply with the law, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease). To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form. This does not affect the conditions agreed via our website or via the various rental platforms.

On site, you will be given a personal welcome by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Annecy. He or she will show you around the property, answer your questions and hand over the keys.
