Located in NE Naples. Beautiful gated 4bd/2.5ba, a full office with monitor, printer and wifi. Additionally, a spacious 1/bd 1/ba guest home on the 1.5 acres. Kitchens are fully-equipped with all the amenities including a washer and dryer in both houses. The main house includes a screened pool, patio, BBQ grill and 36" griddle.
There's a basketball court, volley ball court, bocce ball court, horse shoes, corn hole, screened fire pit, 3 swings and plenty of space. Plenty parking. Great for the entire family!

Beautiful home with lots of entertainment

Charlotte was a breeze to work with--easy check in and out and quick responses to questions. Her home and guest house are beautiful and had everything that our family of 9 adults and two grandchildren needed for a wonderful family vacation.

Family vacation

We had a great time in Naples. Property was as described and there was a lot to do at the property - basketball, volleyball, swimming, and screened in firepit area. Pool is unheated and chilly so that was the only negative. We had 12 in our group so having the guest house was especially nice for us grandparents to have some alone time. Location from downtown Naples is approximately 30 minutes with traffic.

Christmas Celebration

Will you staying for a week. The house is a perfect fit for our family. We especially like the fenced in large yard. The owner Charlotte was quick to respond to any questions we had and very friendly. Loved having a guest house for Grandma and Grandpa. This house is in a quiet neighborhood. But it is also close to the beach and lots of touristy attractions.

Why they chose this property

This property is located on 2 1/2 acres. It's peaceful and relaxing. You sometimes see bald eagles and hear woodpeckers. You have the option of swimming, playing basketball, volleyball, bocce ball, cornhole, horse shoes or taking a nap on the hammock. If you decide to work in our office, we have wifi, printer and a monitor.
There are several public and private golf courses just miles away. Visit Naples Zoo, Delnor-Wigging Pass State Park / Beach.
