The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, a cooking plate, a microwave, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and crockery.

The accommodation comprises a bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity.
The bed (queen – 160 x 200) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a mirror, a hair dryer, a towel dryer and toilets. There is also a washing machine for added convenience.

The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety.

The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
