Cute cozy studio in great area

Very lovely little apartment in a great location! Check in and check out instructions were slightly unclear, so heads up to contact the owner/manager your time for arrival as they will be personally giving you the key. Overall, lovely experience and would visit again.

We loved the apartment and the location once we were able to check in. Silvia had allowed us to drop off our luggage before the usual check in time but we didn't receive that message and I informed her we would check in after 430 pm. We arrived on time but her husband kept us waiting on the street for an hour before sending their son downstairs to apologize and let us in. As others have said extra towels and wash cloths would be nice.

Perfect little home base for two people to enjoy Paris! You can’t beat the location. Everything was clean and comfortable and our host was very friendly and helpful. Recommend!

Place was wonderful and exactly what we were looking for. Sylvia greeted us even though our flight was delayed. Stairs were not a problem. Felt very safe. Would stay here again!

Quiet location in the bustling Marais. Charming and comfortable place for a solo traveler, great communication from the lovely host and would absolutely stay there again! Close to the Metro, the Pompidou and the Picasso museum. Thanks again!

Beautiful Stay in Le Marais

We loved staying at this charming place which had so much Parisian history. It had everything we needed for a week long visit. The neighborhood has incredible energy while the apartment was very quiet. The host was attentive, kind and welcoming. We loved everything about this place.

The room was very nice and had plenty of space. It was quiet at night and had tons of natural light. It is in a great location, making it very easy to get around. Even without AC, the room stayed fairly cool and was very pleasant. Overall a great experience.

Perfect location

Compact apartment with everything you require for a short stay to explore Paris. Location is wonderful; lovely neighbourhood with plenty of bars and restaurants close to hand. The apartment is on the top floor so lots of stairs but this adds to the charm of the apartment.

Lovely studio apartment

The studio is in the city centre close to Hôtel de Ville, a few minutes walk from restaurants, cafes, the metro and grocery stores. The check-in process was smooth, and we received a warm welcome. The studio was well-equipped for a short visit, and it was immaculate. We enjoyed our visit and would stay there again.

Great location

Location is fantastic. If you come with big luggage , it’s a little bit challenging as you have to climb a lot of stars. During the summer as of right now, there is no air conditioning. It might get really hot, but the owner said they will be putting an air conditioner unit. The thing we were disappointed about was a late checking fee, we got charge for late arrival even though we communicated in advance. You are going to pay a fee for arrival after 9 PM every hour it increases and it’s a lot!

Combining work with leasure

Wonderful room, with a rooftop view of the Beaubourg, at the top of an old master's mansion. I really recommend it, unless you have difficulty climbing stairs!

We enjoyed our stay in this small, but surprisingly roomy studio. On the top floor of a 5 story old manson, and gave our legs fabulous exercise. Skylight windows opened to let in fresh air and the sound of pidgeons cooing - no street noise. Appreciated the kitchenette appointed with dishes and appliances enough to allow simple meal prep. Also a nice touch that coffee/tea was provided, and we were greeted in-person upon arrival. The apartment was nice and clean. I would stay here again and liked the location in le Marais. Would gently suggest hand towels and face cloths be available to guests; as well as extra bath and dish towels for those who stay more than a few days (we stayed a week), but that's just my opinion. Thankyou for the safe and comfy place to call home while we visited.

Don't miss this place right in the heart of 'Le Marais'.

Location is absolutely everything, if you want to be in the centre of a vibrant community. thriving with interesting and open- minded people etc etc this is tge place to stay. Although, right in the Marais, this side street is lovely and calming. The owner is a pleasant person and very helpful. I'd definitely recommend this place. I'm coming back anyway.
