It includes 3 induction hobs, an extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, DOLCE GUSTO coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher.

The sleeping area features three comfortable bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed, and one of them also has a 90 cm mezzanine bed, ideal for children or teenagers. The bathroom, with a double sink and towel warmer, makes the daily routine pleasant, while the separate toilet with a washing machine adds practicality.

A travel cot with mattress is also available for the little ones.

Start your day by picking up fresh pastries just 300 meters away, then relax on the balcony with garden furniture and sun loungers for a sunny moment of leisure.

For your convenience, the apartment offers a private parking space and garage in the basement, and the elevator makes access easy.

Small pets only are allowed, so the whole family can enjoy the vacation.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
