This is the same property (654928) as previously owned by Peter King, a Premier Host. The same great people Bobbie Jo and Hope help guests. Just renovated in 2023 and 2024 with new carpet, mattresses, washer, repainted throughout, and 7 grab bars added to improve accessibility as well as a desk added for remote work.

Sienna is a very well maintained property, and there are many owners that reside there. Our quiet hours from 10PM until 9AM are enforced. We ask you to not only respect other guests with this but also our owners. We acknowledge that this is your vacation, and it is time to relax and refresh but please remember this is also our home.

Our excellent 3 bedroom Sienna residence, sleeps 7, has Samsung TVs in each room and live streaming. You will find all the comforts of home with the Mississippi Gulf Coast out your front windows and steps away from toes in the sand. Sienna is one of the premier condo complexes with indoor and outdoor pools, work out facility, hot tub, lots of parking and luxurious residences for the discriminating traveler.
This residence at #206 features 3 bedrooms, (one king size master, one queen size guest and one full size guest w/media) and two baths. The master bath has double vanities, walk in shower, jet tub, and private water closet. The second bath serves as a private ensuite bath or powder room with access to the living area.
The living area includes a pullout couch, love seat and lounge chairs with 60 inch Samsung Smart HDtv. There is access to the balcony through sliding glass doors and a large picture window overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
The dining area has seating for 6 around the table and an additional 4 chairs at the breakfast bar.
The modern kitchen includes granite counters and stainless steel appliances, pantry and underhung sink. Ample dinnerware, kitchen gadgets and glassware are provided.
The extra large master bedroom with king size bed looks out upon the Gulf and is attached to the large balcony thru glass sliders. Another new (2023) Samsung 4K TV is provided as well as a desk for remote work. A master bath is attached featuring solid counters, double underhung sinks, walk-in shower and jet tub.
The guest bedroom with queen bed has an attached full bath with new (2023) Samsung 4K TV.
The extra bedroom/media room has a full sized bed and smart Samsung HDtv for live stream tv, movies, games and internet.
Our spacious, Sienna residence has been enjoyed by hundreds for its excellent location along the Mississippi coast whether their interests are in boating, fishing, golf, local cuisine, gaming, casinos, top-name entertainment venues, eco-tourism, swimming or just keeping your toes in the sands of the beautiful beaches of the Gulf.
