Wonderful beach house!

We had a girls weekend at this house, and it was absolutely perfect! Very comfortable, super cute. Brie was so easy to coordinate with. Would definitely recommend!

Charming New England beach cottage

We loved this property with all the cute add ons ( oat milk matcha!) and so close to the beach! The only thing I would of changed was not having to bring 7 towels for my family! However, even was the towels not being included we would still be back for another stay. Great hosts and communication

Cozy, quiet summer house

Admittedly, I stayed during the off season as this is definitely a summer village, but I loved it. The house was accommodating and had several great areas. Comfy living room for TV at night, beautiful back yard and deck for enjoying the weather! Kitchen is well stocked. The only thing not provided is towels so be sure to plan accordingly. I had a great visit and would recommend to others!

This is a great location, walking distance from the beach. People are very friendly. Everyone had a great time. The only comment is that the house could use better cleaning.

Love Point O' Woods

Point O' Woods is such a great beach! The neighborhood is nice and everyone is friendly and it's a nice place to take a walk. The walk to the beach isn't too long, but the parking pass helped so we could load/unload the beach gear each day. The front and back porches were nice, great way to enjoy the beautiful weather. Having on site laundry was a nice bonus. The Summers were also very responsive whenever we had questions.

Beautiful home fun for our whole crew

This beautiful beach home exceeded our expectations with space for our crew to enjoy meals and time together in this wonderful community including bocce court tennis basketball beach and time on the golf cart and lots of wonderful walks. The Famiky was so helpful and available for any questions thank you for an amazing Memorial Day weekend full of memories

Graduation weekend

We stayed here with family and friends for our daughter’s graduation from Wesleyan University. It was crazy hot, and we enjoyed the beach being so close, despite our busy weekend. The cottage was great and very comfortable and Bri and Sean were perfect hosts and very responsive to our needs.
