About this property

Vintage charm & modern comforts near Old Town

Enjoy this north valley bungalow with vintage charm but with all the modern comforts from home. This stylish home that's centrally located to all the most popular Albuquerque hot spots, named "Desert Lilac", gives you all the New Mexico vibes you've come to love. With it being less than a mile to Old Town shopping, restaurants, wine bars, and breweries, you'll appreciate the proximity to everything while having a quiet yet secluded place to retreat.

The whole house has beautiful hardwood floors throughout, two full size bathrooms, a kitchen with all the essentials and granite countertops, as well as a full size washer and dryer. The "Pinon" room is warm and inviting with neutral tones, lots of natural light, smart TV, and a King size bed with brand new mattress, bedding, and sheets. The "Prickly Pear" room gives you a taste of one of the local's favorite cacti and includes a smart TV and a queen size bed with brand new mattress, bedding, and sheets. All bedrooms have charging stations available at the bedside tables. Lastly, the brand new comfy sectional in the living room folds out to create a full size bed for the accommodations of two additional guests. Brand new pillows, sheets, and bedding are provided. The living room also includes LED remote-controlled candles in the fireplace for ambiance, puzzles for downtime fun, and a large smart TV for logging in and watching all your favorite streaming services.

Our newest addition is our Casita! This 3rd bedroom that sleeps two additional guests with a queen bed, is a free standing villa with it's own exterior entrance from the back yard and gardens. It comes complete with an additional full size en suite bathroom and seating area.

The dining room is spacious with a table for 4 guests - with 2 added chairs available for a total seating for 6. A workspace and desk is available in the main living space for working remotely or virtual learning with Wifi. The front screened-in porch and covered back patio are available for relaxing in the shade or on a cool evening.

This home has been recently upgraded from a swamp cooler (popular in the Southwest) to brand new refrigerated air units in each living space with your own remote control settings for the comfort of your guests.

This home includes a dedicated driveway and tandem parking that could fit two vehicles. There's also plenty of free street parking right in front of the home as well.
