Enchanted Escape, Long Term stays Welcome

Fantasic views, and great family space in a newly constructed home! This home is fully equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer stays. This space is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, and full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, etc. The home features one master bedroom with a king bed, 55" smart television, connected bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. Two other bedrooms have comfortable queen beds with light blcoking shades and plenty of closet and storage space available. This home does have two living room areas, one downstairs at the entry which and one upstairs in a loft-like setting. The upstairs living room area does offer a pullout couch and 55" smart telvision and opens to a deck with fantastic views of our Sandia Mountains. The main bathroom has a shower and plenty of counter space. There are plenty of extra blankets and towels provided. As an additional service to our guests we do provide amenities that include k-cup coffee pods, a variety of creamer cups, teas, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Our home does have a private entrance, a two-car garage, two-care driveway as well as on-street parking available.

We can be available throughout your visit to answer any question and offer assistance.

This neighborhood is bike friendly and walkable. There are also bus stops within walking distance and plenty of restaurants in the area.

We are pet friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay. If you are in need of a late check out (checkout is 10am), we can assist for an additional $30 fee. Any additional fees will need to be coordinated and paid prior to stay.

You can access the home anytime after 4pm by using the code provided with your check in instructions. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
