Great location, but directly behind the Red Bar which is a popular night spot and the center of activity in this small town.. so there can be a bit of noise late at night.Tia with LIV vacations (property manager) was awesome! There were a couple of lightbulbs out and the TV did not work in one of the bedrooms… otherwise everything worked great and we even got a six person golf cart along with the rental, which was great for transportation around Grayton Beach. We were there for three nights.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. The view is so dynamic and the location within the Grayton is just perfect. Additionally, the communications with the management company were simply fantastic. We’ll be back!

Everything was lovely and the location is great! We could hear the music from the nearby bar/restaurants but it was generally done by 1030 pm. The ability to walk to the beach and restaurants was fantastic!

The location is outstanding, the house is new and all the bedrooms are perfectly designed for a big group. I know all VRBO's are different but there were no cleaning supplies so we had to go buy some just to keep the house nice while we were there.

The property itself was wonderful and our family loved the the location!My only complaint was the distance to the beach! My husband is 85 and does have a little trouble walking so he only went down once:) also I didn’t realize it was a public beach so that was a small problem for the umbrella and chair company to set us up but other than that it was great!!We are always looking for a house that sleeps at least 20 on the beach and sometimes that’s not easy!Peggy Sparks

We rented this gorgeous house for our multigenerational family of 14, ranging from ages 2-70. The kids loved the plunge pool, as we had several red flag days. We have a quadriplegic family member and the elevator and lift were very helpful. Proximity to the beach, restaurants and shopping cannot be any better! And I thought it would be loud next to the Red Bar, but it wasn’t at all! We were literally steps away from the beach. The other benefit of this property is that it is right near beach ramp access, so getting a (rented beach) wheelchair onto the sand was easily accessible. The smile on my brother’s face when seeing the ocean was worth this trip a million times over.

The house was lovely. We wished there had been closets in each room. The bunk room beds were difficult for the girls to sleep due to the slant in the wall. The house is right next door to the Red Bar which is very popular. The plunge pool could see over into the Red Bar's patio. There was a lot of construction going on during our visit. Overall, the house to very close to the beach

While the city's construction timeline is out of our control, I can gladly report they are almost finished with the construction on the street by RedBar so this shouldn't be an issue for future travelers. This area needed a total facelift and wow, it sure looks so much better than before! The slanted ceilings are exactly as photographed. We hope to see you again soon!

Fabulous home...fantastic location!!

Fantastic stay for our annual family vacation. The home had every amenity needed and what it didn't have, Management was eager to accommodate. Management was quick to respond with fantastic communication. We would definitely rebook here again.

Absolutely gorgeous property practically on the beach. Would 100 stay here again. Clean. Fully stocked with everything (house wise) you could need. Beds were so comfortable. Cotton (not microfiber) sheets. Loved everything.

Wonderful family beach trip

4th at the beach

This home is AMAZING! beautifully and thoughtfully designed, extremely well appointed and gorgeous views. I was nervous being so close to the restaurant, but we couldn’t even here them at night and it was very convenient. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
