Plenty of room - luxurious 3 story home boasting 6,000 square feet:

1 minute walk to private beach - never crowded!

Private Oasis setting - fully enclosed yard with Private heated pool (heating fee), built in gas grill and large side yard. Allows family to play games, swim, grill dinner and sit around fire pit with no interruptions.

6 King bedrooms with private tiled baths

2 large bunk rooms - each with 4 queens

2 Large game rooms (third floor and ground floor) to keep kids active. Pool Table, foosball, shuffle board and ping pong

Bar on first floor for adults to stock for happy hour

Plenty of outdoor space for lounging around the pool, Multiple lounge chairs and adirondack chairs provided.

Owners provide beach chairs (at least 12) along with other pool/beach toys.

Convenience is paramount! Kitchen fully stocked for large groups along with 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators and large island. Additional oven and refrigerator on first floor leading out to pool.

Large Dining Room with adjoining tables allowing seating for 16!

Large 12 x 17 ft covered second floor patio leading out from dining room. Overlooks private heated pool. Great for morning coffee.

Plenty of parking - can accommodate 8 cars in oversized driveway.

We live in Franklin, Tn - just outside of Nashville. We love 30A with its bright white sand and sparkling blue water, great restaurants and outdoor activities - music at the Big Chill and great weather.
We purchased this lot in 2012 and built our 1st beach house. In 2021 we did a major renovation - totally renovating and expanding the house to its current look. We love sharing our home and 30A and hope you enjoy this place as much as we do. 30A has grown tremendously during this time - which makes us appreciate our private little circle even more.

“Port-30A” This 6 bed/6.5 bath house sleeps 20 and offers upscale finishes and a private heated pool. We completed a major renovation to this house in 2025 and are excited to get it back on our rental program! Check out this other property - Port 30A - VRBO 1911374

Why they chose this property

We think this is the best location for two reasons - its close proximity to everything 30A has to offer coupled with the private nature of our small community with exceptionally large lots. It is easy to park, go to the beach and enjoy the grassy yard. The beach is never crowded. We are close to major attractions like Alys Beach, Rosemary, the BIg Chill, Panama City Beach and the Airport. Easy access to bike path, private heated pool, private beach access to perfect white sandy beaches and spectacular gulf views!! A "no hassles" vacation with plenty of space to unwind, a fully stocked house along with plenty of private parking make this the perfect place to come with a large or small group! The house is great for multi-generations of families and friends.

What makes this property unique

We designed this home with groups in mind. We have large spacious rooms where the whole group can hang out together (or alone) and extra spaces for the kids to chill, moms can chat and dads can bond. If you need your own space you will find that too. We try our best to stock the house full of everything you need (from cribs to sand toys) so you can enjoy your say hassle free! Easy and ample parking!
