Excellent location for your stay in London. Our host, paul, was very quick to respond. Loved having the ability to sit outside in the afternoon for a cocktail. Underground and grocery were only a two minute walk from the apartment. Would definitely stay here again.
The flat was amazing! Property owners were really great. Great location near a the district line. Easy to get to and from the airport. Easy to get to Kensington, Mayfair, Richmond. 10/10.Will stay here again. Would recommend to anyone.
Great location. Extremely close to Underground station and lots of bus stops. Parking is a nightmare; we ended up returning the rental we had from traveling around elsewhere early due to the lack of parking which was fine.Beautiful property and would stay again if back in the area.
Our communication with the owner was easy and timely. Check in and tour of the property was simple, and the apartment is well appointed. Everything was clean and all the appliances worked. It was a lovely stay!
We had a great stay in Chiswick! This apartment is located conveniently closed to two tube stops, bus stops and a grocery store. Our goal was to visit good friends in the area and this clean, comfortable space worked out perfectly. The building staff was very helpful and friendly and communication with the owner was terrific.

Kristan was a lovely guest and easy to communicate with. They left the apartment very clean.
Easy access to Chiswick High Road, all ground floor and accessible, no stairs. Sainsbury’s 5 min walk for shopping and we paid to park there too. Flat clean, well equipped and comfortable.
Better than we expected ! Great support from owner of the flat. Friendly and helpful concierges . Lovely area with a park 5 mins walk away. Absolutely loved it.

Sally was a super guest. Very easy to communicate with and left the apartment like it was never even used. Very clean.
This huge, comfortable apartment is quiet as a tomb, despite being right on the main road with buses stopping right in front. Very close to several tube stations and one block from an enormous Sainsbury’s. Also an easy walk to 5 pubs and multiple restaurants, including a great Malaysian takeout. Paul was supportive and easy to communicate with. I will be back next year!
Spacious apartment. Well located. Good communication with host. Needs attention to cleaners not doing their job fully, which should be easily resolved. Otherwise highly recommended.
Overall, this Chiswick property was in a great location if you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of London. The tube station is within walking distance and 30 minute tube ride you’re in central London. During our stay we had a minor issue with the shower slowly draining, but within minutes of messaging the property manager, he came up with a solution and within the hour he was at our door ready to fix the problem. I highly recommend this property.

David was super guest and would welcome him back any time. The shower drainage was fixed simply with some Mr Muscle drainage unblocking liquid..
I couldn't have asked for a better stay in London! This apartment was great - the location was incredible, just a 5-minute walk to the Underground station and a 5-minute walk to the local grocery store.The apartment itself was bright, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We slept four people - two in the king-sized bed and one on each of on the living room sofas. What really made this stay exceptional was how responsive and accommodating the host was. Paul was excellent at communicating and willing to provide flexibility with arrangements at the beginning and the end of the stay. He went above and beyond to address our specific needs and I can't say enough about his kindness. Thank you Paul!If you're looking for a conveniently located London apartment with a genuinely caring host who will ensure you have the best possible stay, look no further.
Consider yourself lucky if you are looking for West side accommodations and you stumble onto Paul's 500 Chiswick High Road apartment. Modern in every way, totally fit for purpose (and then some) and ideally located. Close to Kew and Richmond, District Line trains to Central London and the Overground. Great parks and dining choices in and around Chiswick plus convenient grocery shopping. The flat is roomy with a huge washer-dryer, lots of seating and there is an outdoor terrace the length of the apartment. We had a 3 week stay. It is very private and quiet. No street noise. Our host Paul is just a great guy. Prompt in answering any questions and a joy to work with. I'd say he goes over and above.
The property is large & in a great location between 2 tube stations within a 6 minute walk. It has good kitchen & bathroom facilities & a large comfortable bed. The washer & dryer facilities are excellent too, however the washing machine & dryer were both full on our arrival which needed to be sorted, together with a locked bedroom window without an obvious key. The apartment would be a very cosy & comfortable base in the cooler months, however, the property is advertised as air conditioned, which we think is misleading. There is no central air conditioning, only a small & very noisy portable cooling unit that needs to be extracted outside with a pipe through an open door/window. It’s size is inadequate for the size of the apartment. As this is a ground floor unit, our security felt compromised while using it. We stayed in very warm weather & as a result the apartment was incredibly hot & stuffy for the duration of our stay. Disappointing, as we specifically chose this apartment for our June trip for the benefit of air conditioning.

hello and thanks for your review. I would like to confirm that the apartment has a mobile AC unit which is what the majority of uk buildings allow and is most common. these units work very well and can be moved around the apartment too.
Central units cannot be installed on most buildings without planning permission. therefore these units are the only solutions.
regarding the clothes being left in the dryer. sometimes with the fast turnaround times there is no other choice and we did empty them oit once they were seen during your check in.
I am sorry that the previous guest moved the bedroom door key and once again when this told me i rectified the situation within 2 hours by coming over and finding the key.
we pride ourselves on ensuring our guests have the best possible stay and go over beyond whereever possible.
thanks and i hope to host you again on the future visits and i am sure you will agree the quality and size of the one bedroom apartment are not common so close to london.
Surprisingly quiet apartment with a great location on Chiswick High Road. We arrived very early (before normal check in time) and the concierge stored our luggage until the apartment was ready. Staff were incredibly helpful and a credit to the property. Communication with the owner was always prompt. The apartment was suitable for 3 (my teenage son slept in the living room on the very long couch). Small courtyard space, good kitchen, and spacious. Highly recommend
The flat is in a brand new build on Chiswick High Road. Excellent situation with a bus stop outside the door and the underground and a large supermarket just a 5 minute walk away. Plenty of cafés & restaurants in walking distance. The flat itself is very comfortable. Paul is prompt to reply if there are any queries/issues
