Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in toller sehr ruhiger Lage. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter Mann war sofort auf dem Elberadweg zum Radfahrern aber auch fĂŒr ausgedehnte SpaziergĂ€nge.

Wunderbar zum Entspannen

Diese Unterkunft ist ideal zum Entspannen, Erholen, Radfahren und wer gerne Fotografiert findet hier unzĂ€hlige Motive in der Natur. Es ist abgelegen aber mit dem Auto oder Rad hat man die Möglichkeit zum Einkaufen oder wer gerne Essen gehen möchte kann das auch nach wenigen Schritten auf dem Deich. Das Ferienhaus ist gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden und es gibt einen ĂŒberdachten Stellplatz fĂŒr das Auto und die FahrrĂ€der. Es ist dort sicher zu jeder Jahreszeit sehr schön und erholsam.

Kurzurlaub direkt an der Elbe

Es handelt sich um eine ruhige, modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Fehrienwohnung, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt haben. Die angegebene Beschreibung entspricht vollstĂ€ndig den tatsĂ€chlichen VerhĂ€ltnissen, wobei einige VorzĂŒge von den EigentĂŒmern noch gar nicht genannt wurden. Von dem sehr großen naturnah gestalteten GrundstĂŒck mit altem Baumbestand stehen den GĂ€sten eine sehr große RasenflĂ€che mit zahlreichen SitzplĂ€tzen wahlweise im Schatten oder in der Sonne und mit SpielgerĂ€ten fĂŒr Kinder zur VerfĂŒgung. Von dort ist auch ein eigener direkter Zugang zum Elberadweg vorhanden. FĂŒr die FahrrĂ€der ist ein ĂŒberdachter Unterstand und fĂŒr die KFZ der FeriengĂ€ste ist ein Doppelcarport vorhanden. Die sehr freundlichen und hilsbereiten Vermieter wohnen im separaten HautgebĂ€ude dieses ursprĂŒnglich landwirtschaftlichen und heute liebevoll zu Wohnzwecken umgestalteten Anwesens.

Een heerlijke plek voor jong( veel ruimte en speelmogelijkheden) en oud. Zo achter de dijk. Vlak bij het pontje bij Lenzen. Een prachtig huis en overweldigende natuur!!
