The apartment is quiet and centrally located in Oberhausen. It is accessible via its own access. It has a bedroom with double bed, (this can also be separated into two single beds), kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower, tub and toilet and a living room with Smart TV, and dining area. Upon request, this can also be equipped with a sofa bed, (1.40 x 2.00 m). When the weather is nice, you will come to the terrace from the living room. The beds are freshly made, hand and dry towels and a complete kitchen basic equipment are available.
