The holiday house PINTO Béla is located in the middle of a charming peat and moor landscape, directly on the Neuring Moorsee. A perfect start - and starting point for a nice holiday or a quiet weekend.

In the blue wooden house (68sqm) with woodburning stove and terrace you can enjoy the view of water and nature and have direct access to the Neuring Moorsee from the property - to start the morning maybe with a refreshing bath.

The fully equipped kitchen is at your service and so you can enjoy their vacation from the beginning, of course, the beds are made for you.
There is no fencing around terrace and land: Dog owners should therefore bring a Anleinmöglichkeit!

On the same grounds as your holiday home is a huge pony and riding farm with around 70 horses, petting zoo and football golf course as well as the attached farmers café.
There you can learn how to ride, ride a horse, organize a carriage ride, maybe Take events in the riding hall. Outside the front door (200m) there is also a covered play paradise for smaller children (MIRANDA BALLORIG) and an indoor Scoccerhalle for all football enthusiasts. Around you there are the most beautiful bike paths.

It is about 40 minutes by car to Meyerwerft in Papenburg (where ocean liners are built). In the neighboring Netherlands there are beautiful shopping and excursion possibilities.

NEURING MOORSEE
 Bathing / swimming: Taking a bath in the Neuringer Moorsee is not only safe, it should even be healthy. The water is checked regularly. However, you have to take a shower when you come out of the water, it is then a reddish film on the skin. That's just the case with natural bog water. Attention non-swimmers, the lake is rapidly gaining depth. However, there are no creepers, as is often the case in moor lakes.

You can fish in the lake, the number of fish varies during the year, new fish are used regularly.
There are many frogs in the summer, who organize funny concerts. Many native, sometimes rare, waterfowl can be found here. In general, a rich fauna and the typical moorland riverside.

The neighbors, who live on the side property in a veritable circus wagon, own a small, red rowboat. You are welcome to borrow this. Just ask.

There are also 2 adult bicycles available, as well as a 1x 24-year-old girl's bike and a Pucky bike for a new starter. You can get these for 2.- € maintenance costs per day and per bike.


TO SETUP:
 Large eat-in-kitchen, fitted kitchen with 4-plate-cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, complete equipped for 4 persons with coffee machine and Bodum coffee brewer, toaster, kettle etc.
Sauna, whirlpool, TV and music system available!
From the kitchen you get directly to the terrace with lake view, garden furniture are available. For children there are 2 swings. 1 car parking space is right in front of the house. The house is also prepared for flying troublemakers: We have installed high-quality insect screens in front of all windows and doors.

TELEPHONE - WLAN.
There is currently no landline phone with ISDN flatrate in the house (is in progress). 
Wi-Fi is available, however, even if the local network of Telekom reacts very slowly here.

If you value energy efficiency and energy information:
 The wooden house is a low energy house, well insulated. They heat with electricity or with the stove.

Your POWER CONSUMPTION is read off the counter. Please write down the meter readings when you arrive and when you leave, so that you have control over your consumption. You pay for the electricity consumption before you leave.

WATER CONSUMPTION is charged at € 4.00 / m3.

The Danish KAMINOFEN heats up the entire house quickly. The heat is pleasant, the fire cozy and the consumption low. If you want wood for the stove in the house, let us know if you call us one week before arrival. We provide you with the wood and settle it with you for a reasonable price.

SHOP
 You can bült in neighboring Twist. (Combi, Lidl, Beverages Hoffmann, Raiffeisen, Sparkasse, pharmacy etc. In Twist Center you will find Aldi, post office, etc.)
  
You can order bread rolls at the kiosk on the Reiterhof Niers for the following day. They pick them up there in the morning with a fresh 3-minute walk.

In the Bauerncafé on the Reiterhof you can (summer season) always a beer or a coffee, eat ice cream or have a small meal.
