We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo. The unit was very nice, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the ocean. Everything worked perfectly and we had no issues during our stay. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything seamless. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again.

The condo complex was very well kept, pools and beach were always clean. It is a beautiful place with an awesome view. I would definitely come back to this condo again.

The condo was clean nice bath towels, peaceful and quiet around there, the food and drinks were good and decent priced. The host was very responsive when needed for any question. Overall we had a wonderful 7 night stay.

Great getaway

Owner was very friendly and informative, great condo in awesome location. Gated parking, affordable restaurant on the property, tiki bar, and beach services. Will be back again for sure!

Relaxing

Manger was very friendly and texted to check on us during our stay. Staff at the Summit were great and also very friendly. Check in went smooth and 7 days of relaxing was wonderful. Thank you Jeff for allowing us to stay.

Nice condo, nice place!

We really enjoyed spending our spring break at the summit in Jeff’s condo! A really nice family friendly place with everything you’d need on site! Had no problems with the condo it was clean and stocked with what we needed and the king bed was sooooooo comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice location

Nice location, equipements and furniture perfect but, this condo need maintenance, all air conditionning vents need to be changed completely also stove hood, and painting refresh needs to be done.

Tis property is great for relaxy!

We stayed here with my husband. We liked everything except the quality of bed linen and towels. This disappointed us and diminished our pleasant vacation experience. Otherwise everything is fine, and I will recommend this property to my friends.

Great condo for the price

Condo was clean. Wonderful view of the Gulf. Had an issue with bathroom lights and toilet however, Jeff notified maintenance immediately. My son loved the pools! They were working on the exterior lights when we were there so the pools closed at dusk but that should be resolved soon. Our family will very likely stay here again.

Bad information.

We were told in the VEBO listing that there was a washing machine in the Condo so we purchased a drying rack to dry our clothes on. When we arrived, there was no washing machine.

The place itself looked as listed. However when we got there, there was sand all over the floor and in the bedsheets. Not sure what I paid a cleaning fee for if that’s the level of clean the next guests get. Everything else was fine.

It was OK

The condo was good for the price. The cleaning crew could have done a better job upon our arrival. We had to clean the whole condo again when we arrived. Sand, dirt, hair and food in the sink. Bathtub was clogged. It they came to fix it. The door knob and key needs some attention, sometimes it took 2 minutes to open or lock it. The condo was well stocked with plates, bowls and other utensils. Beautiful beach and nice pool. I would come again if I didn’t have to pay for the cleaning fee.

Worst trip I ever had

Got there Saturday afternoon left Monday morning. Sunday night we slept on the couch. The sheets were so old I went and bought new, I figured I would take home. The mattress had so many stains It was truly disgusting the owner never responded. I called vrbo and sent pictures. I’m getting my money bac. Worst experience. The owner and I spoke he got mad at me and sent a picture of a house I once lived in. I assumed he was telling me he knew where I lived. I gave this place 1 star because I couldn’t give 0. If you stay there look at the mattress

Not the best

Paint missing on almost every wall in the unit. Vent over the stove is rusted with the paint peeling. Appliances were nice and couch was too. Sliding glass door was broken when we arrived but they came and replaced it during our stay. No washer or dryer. Kitchen is the size of a closet. Mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom. People smoking weed out on the balcony all day. Dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. No rail for the top bunk. Trash in the hot tub. Elevators were overcrowded. The owner seems like a nice person.

Sorry to hear you felt this way. VRBO asked me to confirm there was railing for the top Bunk and the answer is yes there is railing. The ladder fits perfectly on the top bunk as railing. My kids have slept there for years with no issues. The sliding door along with windows are brand new. Every year the condo is painted in January. I asked you to get in touch if there was anything I can do to help once you arrived and you never asked.
