Outside, the property offers a lovely terraced garden, with an outdoor terrace, balcony, garden furniture and barbecue. These spaces are perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate: breakfast outdoors, meals on the terrace, quiet moments reading in the shade, or relaxed evenings outside.



The villa also gives access to a shared swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on sunny days. After a walk through the village of Vence, a visit to Saint-Paul-de-Vence or a day exploring the Côte d’Azur, returning to the peaceful atmosphere of the house is a real pleasure.



Inside, Le Pioulier offers spaces designed for a simple and comfortable stay. The living room is equipped for relaxing moments, with a Smart TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi. The house also has electric heating for the cooler months, as well as air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms.



The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals during your stay. It includes a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and kitchen utensils.



The sleeping area includes 3 bedrooms with a comfortable and varied layout: 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed and 1 double bed. This configuration is ideal for a family, three couples or a small group of friends.



The villa has 3 sanitary spaces: one shower room with shower and toilet, one bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet, and one separate guest toilet. This layout provides a good level of comfort for up to 6 guests.



To make your arrival and stay easier, the property offers one parking space in the garage and a second parking space in front of the house. An electrical socket is also available for charging an electric vehicle.
