Un magnífico apartamento dominante con gran terraza privada.

Un apartamento de 100m2 para 2 a 6 personas (2 dormitorios) y una gran terraza de 80m2 con vistas al mar y a la montaña. Tranquilo. No vis-à-vis. A 10 minutos a pie del casco antiguo. Sillones, tumbonas y mesa de jardín. Cocina equipada, baño, WC separado. Elija entre las playas mediterráneas y las montañas ("Terrasses de Midi" cercanas, Alpes altos a 1.5 horas en auto, playas a 11 km), o las ciudades de Cannes, Antibes, Niza, Mónaco y Ventimille. Visite la capilla de Chagal (15 minutos a pie), el Museo Picasso (10 minutos en coche), la antigua Niza, la Croisette de Cannes.


Salón con dos sofás y dos sillones, además de una mesa con 6 sillas. Dormitorio 1: cama doble grande y cómoda. Dormitorio 2: dos camas individuales (se pueden juntar) y una litera (dos camas). Cocina: Horno, microondas, tostadora, cafetera, lavavajillas, lavadora. Baño: doble lavabo, bidet, baño con ducha, WC: separado.

What a view!

We had a great stay at this beautiful flat. Lovely place, and the terrace was amazing - day and night. Bed was very comfortable. Easy walk to the old town of Vence, and the bus depot and grocery store are close. We had a great time, and will be returning.

Great location and view, close to car rental and public transport. Lots of patisseries and boulangers to walk to. Experiment, quality and price vary. Auchan grocery store ( closest) has good selection, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Fish counter has very good fresh salmon. Old village is within easy walking distance, worth going through. Parking space comes with apartment, ask for location. Apartment was clean and quiet. Be prepared to provide essentials ( dish soap, dishwasher pods, etc)

We booked this location rather last-minute for our vacation. Dorothy was very easy to coordinate with, helpful and quick to respond to any of our questions, as well as very accommodating with our arrival. The Wifi was reliable and the air conditioning worked very well too - both of which were important during our stay. I would look forward to staying at this location again on my next trip to the area.

Fantastic Terrace

Nice apartment with a fantastic Terrace and view over Vance and the sea. Sun until it set behind the hill. Very good support from the owner and the local lady in the floor below. Unfortunately did she not speak any other language than French. Superb location in a quiet location, but still only a short 5 minutes walk to shops and slightly more to the old town. We loved it and will definitely return to the area.

Vence- Shop til you drop

This was our 2nd time to stay at this lovely flat walking distance to Vence. We love the 2 separate bedrooms and all the comforts of home. We spent lots of time on the huge terrace each morning and each night. There was a heat wave, but the terrace was still delightful for early morning coffee and evening cocktails with stargazing. Good parking and easy check in with the on-site Mdme Pareschi. Pack light as due to the top floor location you must carry all bags up a flight of 15 or so steps. Excellent air conditioning with an inverter in each bedroom and the living room. Don’t miss the outdoor market Friday mornings in the Place du Jardin. Lots of great shopping in Vence, but watch out-many are closed Monday and Tuesday.

Merveilleux moments

Superbe appartement au calme

Spacieux à 10 mn a pied du centre de Vence, très propre pratique bien équipé (cuisine, clim, télé, box,etc...). La grande terrasse au calme sans vis a vis est une luxe incroyable pour profiter des chaudes soirées d'été.

Nach den Strapazen der Anreise und der freundlichen Begrüßung an der Wohnung entschädigte der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse für den Tag. Trotz der späten Ankunft wurden wir von Frau Pareschi freundlich empfangen und in die Wohnung gebracht. Mit Hilfe von Google Übersetzer war die Verständigung mit Frau Pareschi möglich, da sie nur Französisch spricht. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung zum Ortskern von Vence ist gut, die Geschäfte, Cafes und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Dorothée Czartoryska war unproblematisch und es wurde schnell geantwortet. Wir fühlten uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl. Es war eine rundum gute und erholsame Zeit, der unbezahlbare Ausblick von der Dachterrasse war die Reise wert. Man hat den tollen Blick Richtung Nizza im Süden und die Berge im Norden. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, danke Dorothy. LG

Erholsam und abwechslungsreich

Wir verbrachten 14 Tage im August 2022 in der Ferienwohnung in Vence. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich sehr ruhig und der zu Verfügung stehende Parkplatz sehr praktisch. Die Kommunikation mit Dorothee war sehr gut. Sie war selber nicht vor Ort, aber immer erreichbar. Die nette Dame aus dem Haus, die uns empfangen hat, hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die große Terasse dieser charmanten Wohnung ist ein echtes Highlight und wir haben dort viel Zeit verbracht. Von hier aus kann man perfekt die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region erkunden und die charmante Innenstadt von Vence in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Der Strand in Cagnes sur Mer ist nicht überlaufen und man findet immer einen Parkplatz. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

4,5 Sterne Bewertung ... sehr schönes Appartment im perfekter Lage

Sehr schöne Wohnung, ca. 800 Meter von der Altstadt von Vence entfernt. Mediterane Einrichtung, bequeme Betten, Küche etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wohnung mit Parkplatz (ca. 50 Meter entfernt) in ruhiger, angenehmer, kleiner Wohnanlage. Klimatisation in allen Räumen. Tolle, riesige Terasse mit überwältigendem 270 Grad-Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ... St.. Paul de Vence ist ca. 5 km, das wunderbare Torette (Geheimtipp ... nicht so überlaufen wie St. Paul) ca 5 km der Strand in Cagnes xa. 10 km entfernt. Leider kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Ein-/Auszug wird von einer sehr netten Mitbewohnerin der Anlage aber problemlos gemanagt. Leider spricht diese Dame nur französisch, was die Kommunikation etwas erschwert. Eigentlich passt fast alles ... zur perfekten Bewertung fehlten uns nur höherwertige Terassenmöbel (Plastikstühle und -tisch passen nicht zum Wohnungsambiente), Toilettenpapier und mehr als 1 Tab für die Spülmaschine sowie weitere Müllsäcke (immer nervig, wenn man das vor Ort kaufen oder mitbringen muss). Wir würden die Wohnung dennoch wieder buchen und haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Vence est une très jolie ville. L’appartement est très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied des commerces (supermarché, boulangerie, boucher, fruits et legumes, bio…) et malgré cela, l’environnement est calme. On n’entend pas le bruit de la ville. On accède à l’appartement par le 3e étage (ascenseur) en montant un escalier privé. Et la, c’est du bonheur. L’appartement est très grand et bien agencé. Dans le salon/ salle à manger, un piano et une cheminée apportent beaucoup de charme. La baie vitrée donne sur la terrasse qui est majestueuse. On a la place d’y manger, de s’y détendre ou de bronzer car elle dispose de toute la place et le matériel nécessaire. Et la vue à la fois sur les montagnes et la mer et juste sublime. Les deux chambres sont grandes et ont chacune leur propre terrasse. La salle de bain permet à plusieurs personnes d’y être ensemble. Les WC sont séparés. La cuisine est très bien aménagés et équipées en vaisselle et ustensiles divers. Il ne manque vraiment rien pour passer de bonnes vacances. La propriétaire et la dame qui nous a accueilli sont toutes deux charmantes et aux petits soins avec les occupants. Je recommande vivement cette location et espère pouvoir y séjourner de nouveau.

Schöne Tage in Vence

Wir haben die schöne Wohnung von Dorothée für zwei Wochen gebucht. Leider konnten wir wegen der von Deutschland in Aussicht gestellten Quarantäne nur eine bleiben. Zum Glück war Dorothée so verständnisvoll und freundlich, uns einen guten Teil der Miete für die verpasste Woche zu erstatten. Dorothées Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert, wohnlich, großzügig und voll funktionsfähig. Ein Traum, von der riesigen Terasse, den zwei Balkonen oder einfach nur aus dem Fenster den Rundumblick über die Dächer von Vence bis hinaus aufs Meer und die Bergkämme und Gipfel der Seealpen zu blicken. Auch in der gepflegten Wohnanlage kann man sich wohlfühlen. Der Standort am Ende der Sackgasse bietet Schutz vor Straßenlärm, obwohl man in wenigen Hundert Metern schon die ersten Bäckereien und Lebensmittelläden - sogar ein kleiner Biosupermarkt ist vorhanden - erreichen kann. Ab hier beginnt dann die malerische Altstadt von Vence, die zwar südfranzösisch belebt ist und unzählige Möglichkeiten bietet, sich wohlzufühlen und zu genießen, uns aber (im zweiten Coronajahr) vor allzu großen Touristenströmen verschont schien. Kleine Ausflüge haben wir am liebsten in der Hügellandschaft um Vence gemacht mit ihren absolut sehenswerten, malerischen Orten. Der Loup-Klamm ist beeindruckend, und ein Bad im gar nicht so kalten Wasser ein Muss. Sich in oder in die Nähe der unweiten bekannten Städte am Meer zu begeben, erfordert wegen des starken Verkehrs Nerven. Und zu Coronazeiten muss man natürlich auch auf Strand und Promenanden mit vielleicht nicht ganz erwünschten Menschenmengen rechnen. Am späten Nachmittag bzw. Abend wird es am Strand ruhiger, auf den Promenaden dafür umso quirliger. Dorothée war, obwohl selbst im Urlaub, gut erreichbar für Fragen und Tipps, und eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles!

Girls Getaway

Just back from Vence and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Dorothy’s flat. We’ve been visiting Vence for many years, but wanted to stay closer to city center this trip. I liked this flat because it’s on a quiet street just a short walk to the historic 13th century village with its charming restaurants, art galleries, and boutiques. We loved the rooftop terrace! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds beautifully made up, and the towels were plentiful. There was plenty of room in the flat with the two bedrooms, large living room, large bathroom, and water closet. We will definitely return!

Agréable séjour à Vence

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement à Vence. La location se situe au pied du col de Vence idéalement situé par rapport au centre ville et pour visiter la région. L'appartement dispose d'une très grande terrasse au calme avec une vue splendide sur les alentours ,un vrai plus pour ce type de location, idéal pour le farniente ! L'intérieur est agréable à vivre pour 4 personnes. Un grand merci à Madame Parreschi pour son accueil sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Notez que vous devrez empreinter des escaliers afin d'accéder à l'appartement ce qui rend la location inaccessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Appartement très conforme à la description.Avantages: très calme, chambre à coucher très agréable,terrasse très indépendante et place de parking, ce qui est très appréciable à Vence. Très bon endroit pour une location si on peut marcher un peu pour se rendre dans le centre de la vieille ville.

amazing views, massive terrace with sun loungers

We spent a week at this beautiful place in Vence tucked away in a little sidestreet in this gem of a town with plenty on offer yet far enough away from the biggest tourist magnets. There is a lovely market on the weekend and all that the French Riviera has to offer is just around the corner. The place itself is well looked after and Mme Pareschi will make you feel very welcome. The apartment is set up to be a low allergen environment and we could definitely tell the difference to other places! The terrace is definitely the highlight of the place. We could have spent entire days here, but then there was also so much to explore around. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We originally bought our apartment in Vence as we were seeking some all year sun and fresh air (we lived in the UK at the time). We had three criteria. 1/We did not want the touristy hustle and bustle of the coast, but wanted to be close, ( we wanted to swim every day). 2/We wanted to be no more than 15 to 20 minutes from the Nice airport (my husband commuted at the weekends). 3/We wanted to have a commanding view from a high position, and a westerly vue at that (in order to drink our G&T whilst watching the sunset). The last criterium is difficult to satisfy in the Cote d'Azure as most valleys face East. Our apartment in Vence managed to tick all three boxes beautifully.

The judge few and the sky seemingly always filled with a thousand stars that we gaze up at from the easy chairs of the terrasse, the silence.

The Vence swimming pool is our favourite swimming pool in the world. Filled with the healthy Foux stream water, increadibly clean, incredibly beautiful, with a few across the hills all the way to the sea.
