The living space has been cleverly furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (140x200cm), a television for relaxing, and a convenient desk area for working in peace and quiet.

The kitchen is equipped for short or long stays (including a Senseo coffee machine).

The bathroom includes a shower and toilet as well as a hairdryer.

Wi-Fi is included, as are bed linens and towels.

You have access to the entire apartment.

Located on Rue Jean Alexandre, in the heart of Poitiers city center, the apartment benefits from an ideal location in the immediate vicinity of shops, restaurants, and amenities. You can fully enjoy city center life.

Everything is within walking distance of the accommodation. Public transport is easily accessible nearby and Poitiers train station is quickly reachable.

Parties, smoking, and pets are strictly prohibited.

Please leave the accommodation clean.
Check-in is self-service via a key box.
Early arrivals & late departures:
For arrivals before 4 PM or departures after 10 AM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
