With suite-style accommodations, the property is ideal for family reunions, wedding or anniversary parties, or other special occasions.

The home’s interiors are finished in a neutral palette of whites, tans, and grays, creating a soothing atmosphere that lets the vibrant colors of the coastal surroundings be the stars.

The ground-floor staircase provides access to the second and third floors. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are both contemporary and charming, with sleek, flat-fronted cabinets, gas cooktop, and a farmhouse-style table with seating for eight, the kitchen bar with additional seating for four.

The comfortable living room includes a plush sofa, side chairs, bench seating, and a large smart TV. Off the living area, a balcony with seating for four overlooks the homes of Rosemary Beach.

The home accommodates fourteen guests in the five hotel-worthy bedrooms (with an extra bunk set near the home’s entryway). Like the other spaces throughout, the bedrooms use a restrained color scheme and plenty of natural texture for a luxe, layered look that’s still relaxed and beachy. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and free Wi-Fi throughout the home.

The Village resort complex is just steps away. Cool off in the two community pools or soak in the sun on a cozy lounge, shaded by a canvas parasol on the pool deck. The pool area has lovely outdoor dining tables, ideal for enjoying meals prepared on the shared Weber barbecues.

I try to be understanding of “things happen sometimes “but this was Worst experience ever … we were there Thanksgiving week . Wrong door code given to us to get in .Elevator didn’t work the entire stay of which there were 3 floors and 3 of 4 60adults were somewhat handicapped . We struggled . Air conditioning out upon arrival .thankfully only needed it a couple days . Oven stopped working on Thanksgiving day. Maintenance couldn’t come over due to road closure from Turkey Trott . We had to walk to only restaurant in resort open that day which was buffet only at 65 a person . We were able to finally get stove to work via Google before maintenance arrived so had a late dinner ..the walk to beach which is only accessed thru a neighborhood that at gate entrance told us we had to leave our brand (newly purchased beach cart for this purpose only) behind as they are not allowed to roll thru neighborhood . We had to haul it back then return with beach bags and cooler in hand .

The house and property are wonderful. The property manager responded promptly to a couple of minor issues. For us the beach access is the glaring issue. This unit and hundreds of other get access to a 100 yard section of beach. Over half of that is taken by 75 a day chair and umbrellas rentals that were never even half used. I have never seen so many people crammed into such a small section. It looks more like a refugee camp than a beach. (Refugee camp referencing the crowded situation) We had to walk under other peoples umbrellas and over sun tanners to get to water. The second day we went at 7:30 to set up beach chairs. There were already two rows of chairs in front of us. By 11 it was the same over crowded chaos except now people had to walk over us and under our umbrellas.Here is how we salvaged it: There are 5 State parks within a short drive, and all require a short walk. Allof them are awesome, not crowded and beautiful. Skip refugee beach and resolve to drive and walk a bit. The closest State Park is Camp Helen due to construction its the longes walk. .75 miles but worth it.

Great vacation

The communication was great. Anytime I had a question I got a response very quickly. The location of the property was awesome. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend this house to others and I would stay here again.

Inaccurate site description

This is NOT a 5 minute walk to the beach. You do NOT have access to rosemary beach, which the listing does not state. It is a different beach community you must walk to. Even when you google map, it says it is an 8-10 minute walk. That is not with children, or any of your beach gear either. It IS on the parking lot side of many restaurants and shopping, but it is false advertising that it is a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Best location on 30A. Close enough to Rosemary and Seacrest but out of the crowd. Easy walk everywhere. The property was clean and spacious and nice. Would definitely stay here again. Bed was super comfortable. Only complaint - the furniture in the TV area could be better. But, you're at the beach so no real issue. Communication and ease of booking and check in was great.

Great Place for Big Group

We stayed at this house for a wedding in Rosemary square, and it was absolutely perfect! The location was amazing, and the place was clean and stocked with all of the necessities.

Best managed property we've ever stayed in

The house is awesome. It is clean and has the most comfortable beds. Great location, close to restaurants and little sundries store and the beach. It is not on the beach side but just on the other side of 30A. The company that manages the property is the most responsive and accommodating that I've ever experienced. They texted leading up to our check-in and after we arrived to make sure everything was good. If I texted them for help, they responded almost immediately and made sure we were good. The house was great, but the level of customer service was exceptional!

Great for teens

The home has the space that we were looking for, a group of 6 adults and 7 kids (3-16). It was a safe area that we had no qualms of letting the kids go out together without adults to wander the shops or get ice cream. Very much appreciated the bicycles that were there for us to use. Pool was conveniently located. On the other hand, the elevator wasn't working when we checked in and repairman didn't come in until Wednesday morning. Floors were dirty; had not been mopped in ages. The management company was very responsive, but their housekeeping isn't very good. Still, we had a great time!

Great Location

This home is beautiful! Perfect for all 11 of us! We had my older in laws with us and this house was very accommodating as it included an elevator which my father in law could use to get from floor to floor. The pool and tram stop for the beach were right outside our door which also made it easy for my father in law. Restaurants and shopping were just a few steps away and we really enjoyed the bikes that were included with the property.

This house would have been a five star but I took one away because the house was not clean (they did a basic clean up but there was dust and food and trash under the beds and in a planter in the house). There were also a few hiccups when we arrived. The door code we were provided was wrong and there were no instructions on how to access the beach and when we called the rental company they we’re also confused and had me calling different places to get our wristbands. However they were very polite and genuinely wanted to help resolve the issue.

Could’ve been better

Property had nice rooms and beds. Kitchen could have been better stocked with cookware and glasses. Floors were not mopped as our toddlers feet were black after running around upon arrival. There was sand still on floors as well. Bathrooms seemed clean though. Overall we had a good stay. However, we did not get the access code in the email and it took us 30 minutes to finally get in.

Exactly what we were looking for

Perfect location and within walking distance of so much! Great condo layout for multiple families/couples. Close enough to all the action but surprisingly quiet inside the condo. 2 garage spots with room for two extra vehicles was super nice as well since parking can be tough to come by during busy times.
