Welcome to the recently updated "Bennie and the Jets", a beach house in Seacrest Beach. This corner lot home (only one neighbor) features 3 LARGE bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom PLUS a 4th bedroom/top floor sleeping/entertainment loft for the kids - with a new arcade game machine. Just blocks to the award-winning, 12,000 sq. ft. lagoon pool and a short walk or tram ride to the deeded private beach access. "Bennie and the Jets" features an open floor plan, REAL WOOD and QUIET hardwood floors, 3 large bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom in the room, and each with large walk-in closets. All bedrooms feature large, wide balconies, surrounding the home on each level, furnished for dining and relaxing. You'll be spending more time outside than inside in these newly refurnished and redecorated porches! And the 3rd floor porch with picnic table and seating faces sunset skies each night! Come RELAX in this wonderful and cozy beach home, perfect for your large family!

Ground Floor:
- Giant wrap-around front porch with Adirondack chairs, large dining area, and gas grill.
- Main kitchen/ living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a 55" Smart TV.
- Kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed for entertaining during your stay, including a pantry and an island with seating for 3.
- Dining area has a large wooden dining table with seating for 8.
- Ground Floor Guest bedroom with King bed, ensuite bathroom (shower/tub combo), 32" TV, walk-in closet, and it's own porch with access to the rear parking spots in the driveway.
- Outdoor shower just off the kitchen through the home’s side entry.

2nd Floor:
- Primary Suite with King bed, large ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, vanity with double sinks and a walk-in tiled shower.
- Master Suite features a private, wrap-around covered porch, outfitted for complete relaxation with lounging sofa, club chairs, and a separate cafe table/chairs.
- 2nd Floor Guest Bedroom sleeps 5, with a Queen size bed and Twin over Full Bunk beds, ensuite bathroom(shower/tub combo), 32" TV, walk-in closet, and private covered balcony.
- Laundry area located in hallway at the top of the stairs features brand new, FULL SIZED washer and dryer units.

3rd Floor:
- The entire 3rd floor is comprised of a rec room for entertainment with bunk beds, perfect for the kids in your group!
- Features a table-top, classic arcade machine (Pac Man, Galaga, etc)
- Includes Twin over Twin over trundle bunk bed, for sleeping 3 total
- Wet bar, sink and mini refrigerator, couch, love seat and TV
- Westward-facing Sunset Balcony overlooking Seacrest Beach rooftops, with Adirondack chairs and pub table, perfect for dining at sunset!

Seacrest Beach is an excellent location directly between Alys and Rosemary Beach, with only a 5 minute walk or tram ride to the beach, great restaurants and family activities include Seacrest Village, with live music every night in season! Although all are only approximately 5 minutes away by foot, during the high season (March 1 – October 31) a Seacrest Beach-provided Tram runs from 9am-6pm, at no charge to guests, and will pick up/drop off at the condo/ Seacrest pool, beach access, and Seacrest Village. Pool hours are 9am - 10pm year-round.

PARKING:
- "Bennie and the Jets" features parking for Two Vehicles in the Private Driveway at the rear of the home, plus an additional parking spot in front of home.

** Guest responsible for providing beach and pool towels**
** Bikes are not provided**
** Important: No Golf Carts allowed in Community, nor Rosemary or Alys Beach**

BOOKING POLICY:
• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.

Important**** UPON ARRIVAL, Go to the "Welcome" building at the Seacrest Beach Lagoon Pool in the center of the neighborhood to pick up your Welcome Packet. Welcome Packet contains your wristbands and parking passes. Wristbands are required to be worn to access Beach/Pool/Tram at all times.
Complimentary tram services to the beach or pool are operated by the HOA. Tram does not operate on rain days. Questions/concerns should be directed to the Tram Service at 850-259-6005.

Sunset/Seacrest Beach Access is closed from 10pm - 6am, There is a public beach access 1 mile east of Seacrest Beach in Inlet Beach, on South Orange Street, with free public parking.

SEACREST GUEST CHECK-IN PROCEDURE:

             General Information:

• Wristbands will be required for all guests 11 years and older to access any of The Seacrest Beach Amenities. Amenity wristbands, once issued,  must be physically worn by all guests and owners at all times while using any of The Seacrest Beach Amenities such as The Lagoon Pool, tram service, and beach access.

• The color of the guest wristbands will be changed weekly. Guests staying longer than one week will need to visit Guest Services each Monday they are here to obtain the current weeks bands.

• Guests should dispose of all of their wristbands once their stay is over.  Please ensure no wristbands are left in the home or unit.

The Guest Registration form has been deployed on the Association’s website at the following web address:

The individual renting a home in our community will be required to complete the registration form to receive their amenity wristbands and parking passes. The registration form requires the following information. PRE-REGISTRATION IS SUGGESTED.

• Contact information for the primary guest

• Address of the residence in Seacrest being rented

• Arrival and departure dates

• Number of occupants eleven years of age and older

• Number of occupants under eleven years of age

• Year, Make, Model, Color, and Tag # of all vehicles to be parked at the residence

This information is required to ensure compliance with Association rules and is considered confidential. It is only accessible by our two Community Association Managers and the manager of the Guest Services Department. It will be shared with the members of the Security Department, the Walton County Sheriff’s Department, and/or the South Walton Fire Department on an as-needed basis.


  Amenity Packet Pickup:

Welcome packets containing amenity wristbands, parking passes, and the welcome packet will be available for pickup at the Guest Service Window at the Lagoon Pool.

Each individual picking up a packet will need to provide identification and will be required to sign a document confirming they’ve received the packet. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates (G1 to G6 on the map.)

There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas.

Great floor plan! We could relax both inside the house at the big dinner table or living area or one of the many porches. Tram was a nice convience. But walkable to Alys and Rosemary shops. Pool (though not heated) and cafe were nice.

Loved our stay

Home was very clean and everything was as described. Very well stocked kitchen with dishes, cookware and spices. The tram service to the beach was very convenient although we did have trouble getting them to pick us up one day and another driver from a different route finally brought us back. The extra beach chairs and umbrellas were nice as well. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and washcloths for bathing. However, it would have been nice to have pool and or beach towels provided. There is plenty of natural light in the home but blinds to block out the morning sun in the master bedroom would have allowed for a little more leisurely wake up. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay! This is a spacious home in a great location. The house was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated all of the well thought out extras in the house that we have not had in other homes we have stayed in on 30A (chip clips, spices, hand soap, plastic wrap, extra hangers, laundry baskets, small blankets, chairs, toys, books). The house needs blackout curtains throughout. The shades provided do not block sun or lights well at all. The neighborhood is great for walking and biking. The pool is huge and open late for a nice swim before bed. We were not impressed with the space provided for guests at the beach. The tram to the beach was great, but the actual beach is PACKED with people. There are private property ropes on both sides of the space indicated for Sunset Beach. The space is very limited for the number of guests during the busy season. We went down early to put down chairs since chair rentals were sold out. We would often be three rows back even when getting down at 8:00 to place umbrellas and chairs. We rented bikes (about 200 for 4) and easily biked to Seacrest Village, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach. The location of this home is great for getting around to different little towns. Despite the busy beach, we had a wonderful stay!

Perfect Vacation Home and location!

We were extremely pleased with our 7 night stay June 15, 2025, at Bennie and the Jets! Rob, the owner, was so helpful and responsive! The home is beautiful, clean, and in a picture perfect location. So close to the shops, restaurants, and the beach. The neighborhood pool is amazing! So many people outside walking, riding bikes, or out headed to the beach or pool. It was so nice to see. The beach tram was great! Loved that we could bring our dogs. Location is considered Seacrest, but is literally walking distance to Rosemary. By far, our best vacation spot ever!

Great home and location. Home was clean and well furnished with necessities. It was perfectly comfortable for our 2 families (8 in total and pet) over the 3 floors. Easy walk and/or tram to the beach and Rosemary. Publix just down the street. Host was a pleasure and responsive. Good parking.

Rosemary Beach Stay

Beautiful home in Rosemary Beach area. New modern development with amenities including walkable and bikeable sidewalks, small trails, large non-heated pool, across from beach access to gorgeous white sand beach. Very beautiful area with upscale shopping close to development. Lots of good restaurants nearby. House has all needs including fully stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds and wonderful shower with great water pressure. If you are looking for a stay with family in a bright and well decorated home in Seacrest Beach, this is a perfect option.

Fantastic Stay

Everything about our stay at this house and location was by far the best stay yet. We have stayed at other properties in the Seacrest Beach community and look forward to staying at this one again. The house was super clean and had everything we needed and more. Enjoyed the outdoor space just as much as the indoors. We have no complaints. None. Great house, great location, and great weather. Nice time of year where you could enjoy the beach, pool, neighboring communities, and restaurants without long waits. Highly recommend this property!

Great house in great location

We booked for 12 nights and stayed 10 as hurricane Helene cut us short. House was great. Short walk to the pool and the trolley to the beach stops right near the house. Rob was very accessible throughout the stay and made the process seamless.

2nd Time just as Perfect

This was our 2nd time staying at this home and once again it was perfection. Clean, beautiful home with comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. My girls feel so at home here with all the kid friendly items. LOVE this house!

Enjoyable

House was very beautiful and easily accessible to area restaurants and bars as well as access to the beach. The tram in the neighborhood came quickly when called and the drivers were very friendly. The host was also very responsive to answer any questions we had. Only issue was trying to find where to pick up our welcome package. The pool is hidden among buildings and there are no signs directing you to where go. We had to ask several people before finding it. House itself was easy to find though and code access was provided day of arrival so very seamless. The week was very enjoyable and I would highly recommend staying here and hope to get the chance to come back myself! Thank you to the host.
