Cocoonr offers you this charming 96 m² house in Bernières-sur-Mer, 500 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people.

It comprises a 32 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 6 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics) is just waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- 32 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room (with shower) and WC

Second floor:
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds (90x200)

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- An enclosed garden plot of 6 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is located in the heart of the village of Bernières-sur-mer, which boasts a well-preserved heritage dominated by a superb 12th-century church, a silent witness to centuries gone by. Castles, an old rope factory, the Cap-Romain nature reserve... all traces of a rich maritime, historical and architectural past. At Bernières sur Mer, the sea, history and the gentle way of life blend together in rare harmony. This seaside resort, classified as a Remarkable Heritage Site, has preserved its soul and authenticity. Its vast, soothing beach, just 500 m from the accommodation, is part of the history of the D-Day landings, in the Canadian sector of Juno Beach.

Close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets, this peaceful little spot offers maximum convenience.
