Fun time

We had a great stay at the resort. It was very clean and having the pool was great. Downfall we had 2 days with no air conditioner and i did mentioned something about it being 81 in the home and had to mention it a second time because it was 84 and the kids couldnt sleep. They did fix it within the hour. Which was great. The neighbours were extremely loud with demostic fighting until 5am. We had to call security 2 times before it was resolved. Which made for a long awake night. The resort was only a walk away, which was great for kids. They loved it.

We absolutely loved this house! The decor inside is very nice but not over the top, making it feel comfortable and welcoming. Our kids especially liked the themed bedrooms. Things like having a washer/dryer and our own small private pool at the house were incredibly convenient.We have spent a week at this resort for the past three summers, and this is by far our favorite house yet! The location is excellent since it sits very close to both the clubhouse and the front gate. We spent a ton of time enjoying the community pool, kids' splash area, and lazy river. The kids also loved the arcade and rock climbing. As a tip for future guests, the resort gets crowded on the weekends but is much more chill during the week. Just follow the rules and you will have a great time. We highly recommend this property!The house itself was wonderful and the host did nothing wrong. However, we did have a negative experience due the larger houses backing up to ours. The neighbors blasted music so loudly for hours that we struggled to sleep several nights. After trying to resolve it through the front gate, we ultimately had to call the local sheriff's office. It's a lovely home, but we felt it was important to mention the noise environment as this neighborhood has a reputation for incidents like this.

Pretty and great location property.

Our family really enjoyed this property. Really pretty. The carpenter's work, in kids and movie room, is really cool. Great location to Disney parks and Disney Spring. Plenty restaurant options off 192, about 15min down the road. Publix and CVS down the road. Place feels safe with gate and patrol. We came during the coldest Christmas in decades so we did not use the Resort at all but it looked great. My only 2 cons were that the neighbor across the backyard had a huge party the night before we had to leave and we got no sleep and had to wake up early for check out (but that's nothing the owner could have avoid). My main con was that the duvets/comforters didn't look like they had been cleaned in between guests (we could see previous stains and mostly smell). I understand it's difficult to wash comforters but I don't enjoy sharing my bed covers with strangers. Besides that the property was very clean. We will definitely consider to come back.

We are a local property management company that specializes in vacation home rentals nearby to the Disney parks and Orlando's famous attractions, shopping and dining. Our staff is always nearby so if assistance is needed, we are quick to respond. We have extended customer service hours 9:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Sunday to better assist our guests that spend the daytime hours at the theme parks or other amazing local activities. 24-hour emergency service is also available so you should never feel like you are on your own. You will love the service you receive from check in to check out.

We offer a diverse inventory of vacation rentals in the Central Florida area: townhomes, condos, private pool homes and luxurious mansions. We are proud to offer vacation options for any budget and the ability to offer 24/7 local support for our guests.

Parking Allowances:
Maximum of 3 vehicles
If additional parking is needed, the request has to be placed with the HOA 2 weeks before your check in day. Please let us know within that time.
Price for additional vehicles is $35.00 per day per vehicle.
