Historic 5 Bedroom Farmhouse in Wine Country

The Farmhouse at Buzzard Rock is a relaxing retreat in Hamptonville, NC. The main farmhouse consists of an outdoor patio, living room with a working fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast island, full dining room, 5-bedroom, 3-bath, including an enormous owner's suite with a private bathroom. Parking is provided on the property's circular driveway or in the fully enclosed garage with space for workout equipment upon request. The farmhouse includes an ample living room, eat-in kitchen, adjoining dining room, office, and laundry room. Located on the ground floor, you will find a full bathroom, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and one bedroom with a full-size bed. On the second floor of the main farmhouse space are two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds and an additional full bathroom . The spacious owner's suite can be found on the second floor of the attached addition, above the two-car garage. Guests have access to the entire farmhouse, garage, and yard space. Guests also have the option of using the farm's trails and waterways. We ask that you inform us in advance if you would like to access these areas. Beginning Summer 2022, guests will also have the option to access the farm's packhouse conference center and Garden Pavilion at an additional fee. Check-in is contactless and will be available via keypad lock. The code will be sent to you after confirmation of booking and before check-in. The farm at Buzzard Rock is located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The farmhouse is just a short drive from the highway and nestled among other farms. Enjoy the peace and quiet on the spacious 100 acre property. The Farm at Buzzard Rock is situated on a quiet rural road. It is accessible by vehicle. You are welcome to park in any of the designated parking areas. The property and amenities are accessible by foot. We ask that you inform us ahead of time if you would like to explore our outdoor amenities and we will be able to best assist you with reaching your destination. In addition to the beds in each bedroom, the farmhouse includes two queen-size air mattresses and two roll-away single beds for guests to use. One air mattress is located in the closet of Bedroom 2, and the other is located in the owner's suite closet. The roll-away beds are located in the downstairs queen bedroom closet.
