The guests who stayed this week were quite challenging and seemed consistently dissatisfied. Despite the fact that the pillows were not moldy but had stains, we promptly addressed their concerns by providing six new pillows within an hour of being notified. The screen had fallen earlier in the day before their check-in, but our staff had confirmed it was on track during a prior check. The exterminator had visited two days before their arrival, and encountering two or three dying roaches is considered normal in our area. The dryer was not malfunctioning upon their arrival; however, the cleaners had to wash everything due to the previous guests' departure the day before. Within two days of their stay, they reported an issue with the dryer. Our handyman was sent over immediately, but upon realizing it couldn't be fixed, we promptly arranged for a new one to be delivered. Appliance failures are unforeseeable, and unfortunately, we have no control over when they may occur. These particular guests appeared to be discontented and actively sought out issues. On the same night as the dryer incident, the husband initially claimed a leaking shower, only to retract the statement an hour later, attributing it to the children wetting the floor. Unfortunately, they proved to be challenging guests, and as a result, we have chosen to blacklist them.
