Quiet apartment on the fourth floor of a four-storey holiday home with lift, private parking space and free Wi-Fi up to 50 Mbit / s.

You can expect a comfortably furnished accommodation with a wonderful panoramic view over the marina from Burgtiefe to the Baltic Sea.

The beautiful south beach / beach can be reached in just 2-3 minutes!

A kitchen equipped for everyday use (no spices / ingredients), a wide bed (180x200cm) with two 90x200 cm mattresses, a wall-mounted flat screen TV and a beautifully designed bathroom make your stay a pleasant one.

Rent the swimming paradise FehMare, kiting, windsurfing, stand up paddle or motor boats, everything is in the immediate vicinity. The same applies to various restaurants, bars, cafes or a bakery.

Non smoking apartment & animal free zone.

Bed linen as well as bathing, hand and dish towels are to be brought by the guest. If required, our service partner on site can offer you various laundry packages between 8.00 and 15.00 Euro.

I am available daily for my guests and answer promptly all questions asked, including WhatsApp.

The keys can be picked up easily on the only about 150m from the apartment away office of our service partner.

schöne Einrichtung sehr sauber stets freundliche/schnelle Kommunikation mit Gastgeber/Wohnungsvermietung Top-Lage Parkplatz inkl.- Parkplatz schwer zu finden (im Dunkeln)- nur relativ kleine Töpfe zum Kochen- kein Balkon (war aber vorher bekannt)- relativ lauter Lüftungsschacht in Küche/Bad- Wasser fließt etwas langsam in der Dusche abInsgesamt aber positiv, sollten wir nochmal nach Fehmarn reisen, wird diese Unterkunft definitiv wieder Option für uns sein.

Unser Urlaub war toll! Das Appartement bietet alles was man braucht: einen eigenen Parkplatz, einen Aufzug(wird gerade erneuert), Basics wie Müllbeutel, spülutensilien, paar Gewürze usw sind vorhanden und sauber ist es auch. Das Bett ist bequem und die Wohnung ist wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet. Absolut zum Wohlfühlen. Und die Lage ist auch super toll!Einziger Wermutstropfen für mich war das das Haus etwas zu hellhörig ist.

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht! Die Ferienwohnung hat uns rundum begeistert – alles war sauber, ordentlich und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Optimale Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet. Alles was wir brauchten stand zur Verfügung. Wie konnte unsere Reiseziele von dort aus gut erreichen. Der Sonnenuntergang über dem Yachthafen ist ein absoluter Traum.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Abstrichen

Eine wunderschön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in Top Lage mit Ausblick auf den Yachthafen. Von außen ist das alte Blockhaus jedoch leider eher weniger einladend. Ringsherum gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und der Strand ist ebenfalls fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Schade war, dass man das Fenster kaum öffnen konnte, da dadurch sehr viele Spinnen in die Wohnung kamen. Durch die zahlreichen Möven, die sich unmittelbar über dem Fenster auf dem Dach aufhalten, war es teilweise etwas laut. Im Bad könnte die Lüftung etwas besser sein, da es kein Fenster gibt. Schade, dass man Bettwäsche selbst mitbringen muss bzw. gegen einen Aufpreis die ausgeleihte Wäsche selbst auf-und abziehen muss. In der Küche mangelt es nicht an Ausstattung, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Im Allgemeinen haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert.

Wir verbringen seit vielen Jahren unseren Sommerurlaub auf Fehmarn; in diesem Jahr haben wir das erste Mal eine Unterkunft direkt am Südstrand gewählt - die „Hafenluke“. Besser hätten wir es nicht treffen können: Wunderbare Aussicht, perfekte Lage, um Strandbesuche, Spaziergänge und Fahrradtouren zu unternehmen, liebenswerte und durchdachte Einrichtung, gute Betreuung durch Vermieter und Service-Partner. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden gern wiederkommen.

Tolles Appartment in Top Lage

Ich war für ein paar Tage mit meiner Partnerin in der Hafenluke. Tolle Lage, nur ein paar Minuten zum Sandstrand, die Marina direkt vor der Tür, diverse Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Absolut empfehlenswert.
