Very good location , WiFi is available, IF lights go out they automatically come back on within minutes so do not panic. Hot water showers ✅

Very cozy 2-Bedroom House.

Cozy and classy decorated house. Comfortable size rooms, large bathroom, kitchen with needed amenities. Centrally located in the Metropolitan area mountains, which made the house cool at nights and in the mornings for a perfect restful stay. Property Manager was attentive and diligent, on requests and issues. Available water/sodas free of charge in the fridge, was a nice touch!

This place is only for people who can survive camping. I was without power majority of the time. No the power did not return. Humidity was so heavy here theres mold in the tiles in the ceiling. With the amount of money I was charged this place could have been better. Other homes near had generators and AC This place does not only fans ! I had to leave asap I had a infant and I am an expectant mother.

There are worms on the walls and floor everywhere. Cat feces around the jacuzzi. Mildewy. We were told that we would get a refund for the cleaning..why you ask? They were fake eyelashes stuck on our headboard still and in our bathroom. We never even got the refund!! I would never recommend this place to any human beingImidnight and we didn't want to stay

Cute house

The house is cute and clean.Just as pictured. Plenty of towels and linens.There's no microwave. 2 coffee makers and neither worked. I booked a week and left after 3 . If you are not used to hot muggy weather and sleeping on plastic liners . Not having cold water - DO NOT book this place. The WiFi goes down a lot . Not sure anyone can help that on an island. There's no A/c and it cools off way after the sun sets. Couldn't figure out the Jacuzzi but also couldn't imagine sitting in hot water. In 90 degrees. I absolutely love the location and neighborhood animals. Cats dogs and horses. Away from everything but still central. Bakeries, restaurants less than 10 minutes away. Gas station just 2 mins away. Neighbors were quiet , street even quieter . Found a place with laundry, AC and a pool in a walkable area for less than this place , to finish the week.

I gave the property a 2 for communication due to her actually responding to my messages; however, she never responded to VRBO who tried calling and emailing her to explain my family and my flight cancellation from the airline. Our flight was cancelled three different times and there was not another available for 3 days out. Therefore, we had to cancel our entire trip. I then explained this to the property owner a few days after due to her not responding to VRBO (third party to Expedia) and she blamed me for not reaching out to her sooner. I did not bother to reach out sooner because after the first cancellation she refused to credit me one night out of the 8, which wasn’t a big deal at the time considering I thought we would arrive the next day. In addition, I felt it was the responsibility of VRBO. I didn't purchase the travel insurance as I was under the impression that, that only pertained to situations under your own control. I also had faith that there are good people in the world and they would understand unfortunate situations. I gave low ratings due to her keeping the entire payment without offering any alternative, but I never saw it (to be fair). She also insinuated that not only did I want her to consider my lost from hard earned saved money for our family vacation (the kids Christmas gift), but that I also wanted her to put her family at a significant lost. The insinuation was not only rude and un empathetic, but it was also not what I was trying to convey.

Quiet peaceful and beautiful

We loved this house. It is a bit off the beaten path so u almost have to rent a car but by doing that we got so much more activities in. The cats and dogs around are sweet and the neighbors are quiet. We will come again and hopefully get this house

Let us show you how to enjoy ALL that Puerto Rico has to offer, from famous waterfalls, mountain hikes, calm beaches on southern coast, delicious coffee and rum family farms. Get out and do more!

This large home is perfect for families or groups of friends that want to relax but be close to central sightseeing spots, avoid heavy San Juan traffic, enjoy authentic local restaurants, coffee shops and so much more. Our 1-acre backyard has a covered entertainment area with hammocks and bbq, or take our beach chairs and gear to a nearby beach, so much to do, or do nothing at all. We love to share our home, favorite activities and places to enjoy all parts of Puerto Rico.
