Access to the accommodation is through a private entrance on the ground floor, where a staircase leads you to the floors of this light-filled loft.

The first level opens onto a masterpiece: a vast cathedral-like living room with magnificent ceiling height and incredible brightness.

The Living Room: Warm and design-focused, it features a pellet stove, ideal for cozy evenings upon returning from the beach.

The Kitchen: Fully fitted and equipped with quality materials, open to the living room for maximum conviviality.

Night Bath Side:

*A first elegant bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160/200).

*A second bedroom with 2 single beds, benefiting from direct access to a private balcony-terrace for your morning coffees in the sun.

-A modern bathroom equipped with a shower, a double sink vanity and a washing machine at your disposal.



The Parental Space (2nd floor) Rise above it all.



The second floor is entirely dedicated to a superb master suite. This true haven under the roof includes a Queen Size bed (160/200) and its own private bathroom (shower and sink) for complete privacy.

Located on rue de l'Hôtel de Ville, you are in the historic pedestrian thoroughfare of Sables-d'Olonne.

Less than 2 minutes away: Bakeries, cafes, restaurants and designer boutiques.

Less than 5 minutes away: The central market halls (fresh produce market) and the famous Grande Plage with fine sand



Practical Information

Arrival: between 4pm and 5:30pm at the agency (In case of late arrival, self-check-in flexibility outside peak times.)

Departure: between 8am and 10am (Low season and outside events: late departure available as an option.)

Cleaning: End of stay cleaning is included! We simply ask you to: empty the trash, strip the beds (if option taken), wash and put away the dishes, leave the accommodation relatively clean. Thank you!

Linens: Sheets and towels optional, to be reserved with the concierge

Security Deposit: Security deposit via bank imprint (Swikly), not charged except in case of damage
