Chateau Aspen 16 is a remodeled two bedroom, two bath condominium that has been upgraded with a beautiful color palette, materials, and furnishings. It has a full kitchen, a breakfast bar and separate dining area, a gas fireplace, flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and off-street parking. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two twins that can be made into a king upon request. Chateau Aspen is in the center of the downtown core and just one block from the Aspen Mountain gondola, and Aspen's world class shopping, dining, and skiing are all right outside the door. The building's common courtyard has a gas grill and fire pit and offers a nice place to gather outside. Call us, and allow McCartney Property Management's guest services to open the door to your Aspen experience! Please note: Like many Aspen homes, this unit does not have AC. We provide cooling units and fans, and Colorado's cool summer nights allow the home to cool down naturally in the evenings. No pets unless certified service animal with papers. The location is fantastic, the management company were super easy to deal with. Main bedroom mattress was very "firm" and quite uncomfortable. Property is kind of dated but we had a great time and cant beat the location.

Wonderful property and location

We stayed here for a long weekend and could not have been happier with the entire experience. The unit was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the location was unbeatable. We were within walking distance to all of downtown Aspen. Check in after hours (which can be tricky) was straightforward and I even receieved an email the following day thanking me for submitting my forms and checking to see if I needed anything else. I thought the extra level of customer service was quite impressive. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Location! Location! Location!

Can’t beat this location when visiting Aspen. Although an older building, the accommodations had modern conveniences. Beds were the best we had over our two week trip out west. Can walk to anything in town and hikes are a short drive away. Host is figuring things out with new self check in process. Communication prior to arrival was non-existent with me having to ask for address day before arriving. I’m sure the kinks will be worked out with time. It’s worth considering if you’re going to Aspen.

I didn’t like the fact that there was absolutely no view. Every window faces an alley so you can’t even tell what the weather is like. Also super loud trucks in alley a lot of the evening makes it hard to sleep!!
