This spacious, oceanfront home is ready and waiting for you! Ideal for two families to share, Prime Time has two main suites, one with a Jacuzzi tub. Three additional bedrooms will offer plenty of places to sleep.

This comfortable home offers fantastic ocean views from well-furnished decks and has plenty of extras for all to enjoy. The beautiful great room with pleasing decor has high ceilings and plenty of comfortable furnishings to relax on as you talk about your day.

A typical afternoon may include meal preparation, watching movies, playing foosball or basketball, or enjoying the million-dollar Atlantic view! Additional TVs, VCR players, a DVD player, stereo/CD player, and wet bar are also available for your enjoyment. When you need a break from the beach, enjoy access to the Kinnakeet Shores pool and tennis, or perhaps take a soothing dip in the hot tub with a refreshing beverage. High-speed, wireless internet is available for your laptop.

Week long stay

Perfect property, house was even better than the pictures presented. Easy walk to the beach. Great spaces outside and inside. Will absolutely be staying here again

Island Time at Prime Time

This is a lovely home - light-filled and roomy with easy access to the beach and local amenities. We knew the sunrises would be amazing but we were pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous sunset views from the living room each night. The master bedroom is wonderful and three of the four bedrooms downstairs all have direct access to the deck leading out to the beach and the hot tub, and the beds are really comfy. The kitchen has just about everything you’ll need, although they should provide a few more tea towels and larger platters for the bigger groups like ours, that I imagine rent this place regularly. I’ve read about the difficulty with navigating the sand dune to get to the beach, but this wasn’t an issue for our group, and we had 5yr olds - 70yr olds, so don’t let this scare you away!! The home felt so private yet was so close to all the amenities we needed - the grocery store, bike rentals, and some fantastic restaurants were only 5-10 minutes away.

10 Girls in OBX

The house was perfect! We took advantage of everything the house had to offer. It was perfect for us 10 girls. We had a bathroom issue which was addressed within the hour of me calling. Would definitely stay here again!

House is Almost Perfect

My only complaints are that you have to climb over the dune to get to the beach and there is not enough water pressure for two showers to be on at the same time.

Island Time at Prime Time

Our family has been going to OBX for the last four years and this house was our favorite by far! It's a beautiful, light-filled space with plenty of room for five adults and two rambunctious & curious kids. We knew the sunrises would be amazing but were pleasantly surprised to see the gorgeous sound side sunsets right from the living room each night.The master bedroom is incredible and four of the bedrooms have direct access to decks that overlook the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including large pots and all the accoutrements for a crab/shrimp boil! The only things lacking were larger platters that can handle food for a crowd our size and tea towels - only one of each is provided, which is not nearly enough, so make sure to bring some with you.In terms of location and beach access, this place cannot be beat. It's minutes away from the grocery store, restaurants, bike rentals, and the community pool, among other things. I read an earlier review about the difficulty of navigating the sand dunes to get to the beach but it was not a problem at all for our group of 6-70 year olds, so don't let that stop you from staying here. We did encounter a few dead roaches in the house on the downstairs level, but it wasn't off-putting especially because whatever they're using to treat them is working!

Great location and views, but roaches and lots of stuff broken

Pros: great location and views, close to shopping, nice town, ample space and bathrooms, big kitchen Cons: roach infestation, broken dryer, broken microwave, broken kitchen light, and on the second to last day the downstairs AC broke. Nothing was fixed despite many texts and complaints to the property manager.

Awesome time!

We had a great stay at Prime Time and loved the ocean front views. Sitting on the balcony day or night and watching the ocean was awesome. We did not notice from the pictures, or we overlooked it as we were excited to be right on the beach, but the dune separating the home from the beach can be an issue for some families. We had my dad (70) and mother in law (70+) with us and it was quite a chore for them to get to the beach - when we originally thought from the pics that we would walk right out the patio doors and be there but there’s a bit of a dune in the way. If you have a young family it may not be a problem but with a bunch of stuff to carry, 3 little kids, and 2 70+ adults it was not as easy as we hoped. However, like I said that could be on us too for not looking closer at the photos. The home is beautiful and spacious. All the necessary amenities are there (regular coffee pot and charcoal grill), and the hot tub is a bonus. We had a great time and will recommend to most!

Double Anniversary Getaway

Prime Time: Spacious home with gathering areas was well stocked in a great location. Quick response of maintenance staff to get hot tub functional. Home designed well to maximize views from all rooms. Recommendations: Provide extra towels, rags & trash bags. Create a welcome book with important home information, area recommendations & departure information/ expectations.

Beautiful Ocean side home

Clean, huge home with remodeled kitchen and floors. Saw dolphins and whale spouts from deck. Corporate owned/managed so no personal touches. No beach chairs/salt/pepper/oil. Limited dishwasher detergent/dish cloths. Great beach. Groceries and coffee shop near by. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful!

We absolutely loved our stay at Prime Time! The house is very spacious and the panoramic views from the top floor are unbeatable! You feel like you're right there in the sand. Almost every bedroom has a beautiful ocean view as well. It's also convenient to the pier. You can take a walk to it in about 15 minutes. I'm giving the experience a 4 out of 5 for a few reasons. We arrived a couple hours after the initial check in time and never received a check in e-mail with instructions, so we went to the Outer Beaches office where there was no packet waiting. There was a note on the door saying the office had moved. We then drove to the address listed, which was Hatteras Realty. Still no packet with a key or instructions. I then called the after hours phone number and talked to someone who gave us a code to get into the home. When we arrived, the code did not open the door. I then called back 4 more times, getting disconnected twice and was given more codes that did not open the door. Eventually the local office let us in remotely and sent someone to look at the lock the next morning. There were window units in all of the upstairs windows, which was barely keeping the upstairs cool. We later learned that the AC was broken upstairs and a repair person came on Wednesday to fix it. We were also unaware that the hot tub was broken when we arrived, but someone came the day after check in to fix that. Overall, a beautiful home! More communication about what was broken and a smoother check in from Vacasa would have made it perfect!

Prime Time 222

Much of the House was not clean. Needs a major cleaning and some updating. We had to do alot of cleaning, wiping down all counters, cleaning out food spill in drawers in kitchen, etc. Blinds were broken in many rooms, door in kitchen broken, track lighting in living room did not work. Mold in showers. Beach restoration going on so beach was shut down for three days. Crews worked all night, so sleep was not an option!

Family vacation at Prime Time!!

Location was awesome!! Very roomy with unbelievable views!! Would’ve been a 5 but the check in time changing from 4pm to 6pm the week before vacation stunk and upon arrival there were no wash cloths…still dirty dishes in dishwasher where it wasn’t run and still dirty clothes bins in the house that they left there…housekeeping needs to be better but other than that it was a beautiful beach house.
