VRCC Villa Moonshine

Villa Moonshine is located in the south-west corner of Cape Coral very close to the Tarpon Point Marina. It is one of the best and most sought after residential areas in Cape Coral. The port at Tarpon Point is a 10-minute walk away. Shops, doctors, pharmacies, etc. are within walking distance. This vacation home is particularly suitable for families with children. The Camelot Park with it´s large playground is quickly accessible. There are also 2 free tennis courts available, which are also illuminated in the evening.

The house is located in a very quiet residential area. The only traffic in this street will be by neighbors.

The boat location of this house is fantastic. It is a 55min beautiful boat route to the Caloosahatchee river which offers quick access to the Gulf of Mexico, it is also one of the most beautiful boating routes here in the area.The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over to you by an expert boatman on arrival. You will then find out about boat instructions and tips on site. All our boats have powerful engines GPS system with depth measurement and fish-finder function, cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE !!

All furniture and appliances are new. The designed pool area is the highlight of this house. From the jacuzzi and pool you can enjoy the fantastic view on the canal. Electrically heated, the pool heats the water to a comfortable temperature in every season, which you can determine by yourself. In addition to the jacuzzi, the length of the pool offers enough space to swim a few laps in the morning.

From the elegant, light-flooded living room (with 60'LCD + DVD player) you can enjoy the view of the large pool, the wide canal and the tropical garden. The sliding glass doors can be opened completely, so that there is a great inside-outside feeling.

In addition to the large master bedroom (50'LCD) with a king size bed and walk-in closet, there are another 3 large bedrooms on the other side of the villa with 2 king size beds and 1 queen size bed. In total we have room for 8 travelers.

They also have a fantastic view of the pool and canal from the stunning kitchen. Our kitchen is equipped as our own. You will not miss anything. A Nespresso coffee machine is also available.

There is direct access to the pool from the living room, dining room, master bedroom and the guest toilet.

Furthermore, free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the house.
