The house consists of a main apartment over 2 floors, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living room, dining room, open kitchen and a separate apartment with 1 bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen with dining area. Everything is technically up to date. Both apartments have flat screen TVs, all German programs can be received. The detached house with a beautiful garden offers a lot of privacy, as it is surrounded by walls all around and is located on a cul-de-sac. Different terraces in all directions so that you can find a place in the sun or shade at any time of the day.
The beach of la Guardia can be easily reached on foot, it is only 1.5 km away. the city beach of Salobreña is 2.5 km.
The communal swimming pool, just 800 meters away, with an adjacent tennis court, soccer field and open air fitness area can also be used by guests. In the summer months there is a kiosk where drinks and snacks are offered.
The beach of la Guardia can be easily reached on foot, it is only 1.5 km away. the city beach of Salobreña is 2.5 km.
