The apartment:
The approximately 90m2 apartment is located in a semi-detached house and is part of an old Dreiseitenhofs. It has 5 new and modern furnished rooms on two floors. One double room, two single rooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, work area, shower room and guest toilet. Through the kitchen and one of the single rooms you reach a terrace, which is located in a courtyard for the sole use. The apartment has a washing machine and tv. The additional costs as well as Wi-Fi and a parking space in the courtyard are included in the price. Bed linen and towels are provided for free.

Location:
The district Brinkum in the municipality of Stuhr is located in direct connection to the south of Bremen. There is direct motorway connection to the A1. The apartment is located in a quiet side street, yet everything is within walking distance from there. The place has a very good infrastructure and is also easily accessible by public transport. The city center and the airport can be reached in 15-20 minutes, supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, etc. are only a few minutes walk away.

We loved staying at this beautiful home in Stuhr. It was convenient to all the sites near Bremen. The house was immaculate, perfectly described. The beds very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked to cook. It had a wonderful hair dryer we used each day. The parking is on the street directly across from the rental. It was always available not hard to park at all. There are 2 bathrooms one on each level, the one with a shower is upstairs in the loft area. So be aware you must go up some stairs to shower, not a problem for us at all. Communication with the host was easy and she was kind and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the Bremen area.

Der Empfang durch die Gastgeber war sehr herzlich,als ob man sich schon ewig kennen würde.Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.Es gibt einen Waschtrockner, aber keine Spülmaschine.Was nicht schlimm ist.

Es ist eine sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft. Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gut angebunden, Geschäfte in der Nähe, die Autobahn nur wenig entfernt und trotzdem liegt das Haus in ruhiger, schöner Umgebung.Sehr empfehlenswert

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir haben 10 Tage in der schönen Unterkunft verbracht und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt mit der sehr netten Vermieterin war super, das sowohl vor der Anreise und auch vor Ort haben wir immer gern mit ihr geschwatzt. Die Wohnung ist groß und es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. In der näheren Umgebung kann man einkaufen oder essen gehen. Bremen ist nicht weit entfernt und man kann ausgedehnte Fahrradtouren in der schönen Umgebung unternehmen. Es hat uns gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne mal wieder. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Sehr nette Unterkunft die grundsätzlich Sauber und in Ordnung war. Leider ist die Küche ohne Dunstabzugshaube, und mussten wir daher immer beim Kochen die Fenstertür aufmachen, obwohl Mitte Oktober bereits Abends kalt draußen war. Sehr nette und hilfsbereit Vermieterin! Es ist allgemein zu empfehlen!

Tolle Unterkunft in mega Lage

Ein Obstkorb zur Begrüßung, weihnachtliche Deko und sytylisches Ambiente. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Gastgeberin ist sehr sympathisch und kam auf einen kleinen Schnack vorbei. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir haben tolle Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Es war sehr sauber,schön eingerichtet,gut ausgestattet und die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Es hat uns an gar nichts gefehlt. Sogar Gewürze,Spülsachen, Küchenrolle, Klopapier, Mülltüten,... waren vorhanden. Einzig die Terrasse konnten wir leider nicht nutzen,dafür war es zu kalt und die Terrasse selbst zu schattig. Im Sommer bestimmt ein toller Platz. Die Nähe zu Bremen und einigen anderen tollen Ausflugszielen ist super. Die Wohnung selbst liegt schön ruhig. In der Nähe sind Bäcker,Supermarkt und Imbisse zu finden. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir haben das Ferienhaus für eine Woche gebucht, und es war einfach toll. Super Lage, man hat alles in der Nähe und auch für Tagesausflüge ist man hier in zentraler Lage. Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben die Zeit im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und war sehr sauber. Wir hatten alles, was wir benötigten und mussten auf nichts verzichten. Brinkum ist ein angenehmes kleines Städtchen. Der Bäcker ist nur 3 Minute zu Fuss entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es auch in der Nähe. War insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
