Free Wi-Fi available.   The 65 m² apartment is located on the upper floor of Villa Bonita, a modern apartment building in Seestraße 56 b and can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 4 persons. It has a chic balcony with a direct view of the Baltic Sea. ���� The furnished in maritime style 3-room apartment consists of a spacious bedroom, a second bedroom, a combined living-dining room with open kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a storage room and a private parking space directly at the house. In the brightly furnished living room, a cozy couch and a large dining table, which comfortably seats four people, invite you to linger. The floor-to-ceiling window elements ensure light-filled living enjoyment and provide access to the balcony.   The underfloor heating and the adjustable ventilation provide in all seasons for a pleasant indoor climate and comfort.   Furthermore, the apartment has two separate bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a double bed (1.90 mx 2.00 m) and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom has a duo bed with pull-out bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m) and another wardrobe. Flatscreen TVs in the living room and bedroom as well as a Blu-ray player and a stereo system are among the modern features of this apartment. The fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, an oven, a ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and from the saucepan to the egg cup a complete kitchen equipment. The bright bathroom with window and walk-in shower has a vanity with large mirror, storage space for your laundry and a hairdryer.   In the storage room located in the apartment you will find a laundry rack, a vacuum cleaner and storage space.   A laundry set can be booked for a fee.   Pets are not allowed. It is a non-smoking apartment. Villa Bonita is located just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach in Börgerende, in Seestraße 56b. The house is only separated by a bicycle and footpath on the dunes of the Baltic Sea. The natural beach, which is separated into textile and nudist sections, can be reached in less than 3 minutes on foot.   In the neighborhood there are the confectionery Ottilie with an exceptional range of cakes, a pizzeria and the "mom and pop shop" with a bakery and beach items.   The cities of Rostock (about 20km) and Wismar (about 50km) are easily accessible by car with all your tourist attractions.
