Great host quickly responded to questions. The apartment nicely furnished and clean. Close to MDAnderson for ease of cancer treatments. Will stay again and recommend to others. Check in and out is easy to follow.

We really enjoyed our stay — the house was cozy and beautifully decorated for Halloween, which our daughter loved. The location was perfect and easy to access.Just a small note for your cleaning crew: the ceiling fans in both rooms and the vent could use a little dusting, and the door handle areas could use a quick wipe-down as well since they were a bit dingy. Nothing major, just a little touch-up to make the place even nicer.Thank you again for being a great host!

Truly amazing experience

I had a fantastic stay at this place near NRG Stadium! The host was extremely responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish. The property was spotless, felt very safe, and had a beautiful pool that added a nice touch to the experience. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Communication was very clear and helpful regarding entrance to the property. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean with very thoughtful amenities, like bottled water, a few games, and an extra toothbrush available if needed. The complex was very quiet and I felt safe as a woman traveling alone with my two young kids. It was easy to get in and out of the complex and the location was perfect for my needs, close to the stadium.

Great place to stay

Spotless, great place to stay! Host was communicative and helpful. I requested a last minute early arrival time and she made sure the place was in perfect condition for us. The location was absolutely perfect.

This is a Scam I am writing this email to review my experience with Expedia, Vrbo. I travel regularly and this is the worst experience that I've ever had. I booked a Vrbo and was given an address on August 5, 2024, less than 24 hours before check-in, I received a message from the host with a different address. When I questioned the different addresses and different locations, she told me “Maps error”. I asked how can it be a "map error" when I have two different addresses. When I continued to question why I was being instructed to go to a completely different address, the host called me directly and was very rude and aggressive on the phone. Even asking me if I thought this was a scam. I hadn't, but then I did. I was still hoping this would work. The instructions on where to register the vehicles were unclear and so I sent the info through VRBO's system. The host proceeded to insult me by saying that "Reading is fundamental." Six other people and VRBO CS had read it and could not find it. When I told her I was uneasy about this whole reservation and wanted a refund, she denied it because "she had sent the check-in info." From her text she knew there was an address issue because she pointed it out - (Yes I know, pls FOLLOW THIS ADDRESS). She could have let me know this a long time ago, but waited until the last minute. A classic Bait-and-Switch. She called so there was not a record of the conversation. Her defensiveness about everything was a red flag.

Great price. Looks like there's 2 rooms but it's only 1 the living room has a sofa bed but it was convenient for the time. I paid a high deposit for damage but one guy dropped soup on carpet and i was charged an additional 75 insured of them going through insurance that was so high already. But communication was a

Excellent stay near medical facilities

Our trip was to get a medical procedure at Baylor St Luke's with a week's recovery time. Apartment complex was in a great gated neighborhood about a mile away. East covered parking. It was easy to Uber and DoorDash to the site.There is minimal kitchen equipment but we made do. Wifi/tv options were good. Communication with host was initially delayed but improved as the week went on. Check in and check out was a breeze. Loved the "valet trash" service.

Cool with some hiccups

Thank you for hosting my friends and I!! PROS: The location was excellent for our event lineup. Communication with host was top notch. Access to this location was simple and parking was plentiful. This location was clean, quiet, and well supplied (with things you may accidentally leave at home). We loved that we did not have to clean up (but we did)! CONS: Unfortunately, this spot does not have 2 separate bedrooms. There is one bedroom, one bathroom, a sunroom with a sofa sleeper (that can sleep 2 but was VERY uncomfortable) that turned into a makeshift bedroom with a hanging curtain separating it from the living area. The living area has a sofa (that was also VERY uncomfortable--felt like sleeping on springs) that can sleep 2 in opposite directions. Provide clear instructions for using television because we spent a long time gaining access.

Plus, to put the ice on the cake a 24- hour monitored security, virtual access control, 24- hour sauna & fitness center, and a FREE SHUTTLE that comes and takes residents to the medical center.
