- A strict minimum age requirement for renters is enforced.
- Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.

Bringing a dog or want pool heat? Either can be arranged for an additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.

We adored this house! Lots of space for our group of 9 both inside the house and out. The deck with comfy seating was a favorite for all, and the hammock was hardly ever empty. We cooked dinner most nights and found the kitchen well equipped with quality appliances and cookware; plenty of pantry storage and table seating as well. We have stayed in quite a few homes in St. George and this was voted by the group as the favorite so far.

Family Beach Celebration

A great property for family of all ages. Beach right out the door. Pool perfect for those days the beach isn’t cooperating. Amenities include out door shower, foot wash. Kitchen stocked. Bathrooms for every room. An absolute “jewel” of a find on this laid back, low key but exploitable island.

Fantastic 2nd trip

Everyone in our large family gathering had a wonderful time! This is our second year of renting this property. The lay out of the house is nice and the rooms are quiet and private. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, plates, mugs and storage containers. It made cooking large meals a pleasure. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Family wedding and vacation

We were all in town for a family wedding. We couldn’t have been happier with the house, location and the views!! Dolphins and beautiful sunsets every day! Such a beautiful place. The kids enjoyed endless hours in the pool and the closeness to the beach couldn’t be beat. The house met all of our expectations and more. Everyone was very comfortable. Thank you!

Annual Brach trip to SGI

Great house and great location right on the beach ! All bedrooms were nice and newly renovated. Liked the new touches! Our only feedback is that the kitchen for this size of a house was not well appointed. It needed more appropriate sized cookware and accessories to cook for a family . It was also frustrating not having a disposal. The bathroom showers were beautiful but no soap or shampoo shelves were in them. That was hard! Also we would have loved to sweep up the sand and usually do many times but there was no broom or anything to be had!

Old Friends Beach Vacation

We spent a week at this beautiful home and we had such a wonderful time. We are a group of five couples all over 60. College buddies and wives. This home was absolutely gorgeous. Early mornings enjoying coffee relaxing on the porch. The beach is literally just steps away. Many hours spent drinking margaritas on the beach, lots of laughs and catching up on each others lives. In the evenings we drank wine around the fire pit amid a full moon much of that week. It was spectacular. The large dining table was a big plus for us as we all love to cook. Loved that most of the beds were king size and we all had our own private bathrooms. We were regulars at Paddy's Raw Bar. Lots and lots of cute and fun shops in nearby Apalachicola. The guys booked a half day fishing and all caught a variety of fish. We celebrated a 70th birthday and a 43rd wedding anniversary. We have all gathered together once a year for the last ten years in different parts of the country and we all agreed this was one of our best stays thus far. We highly recommend this lovely home.

Beautiful huge beach home

We stayed for a week with 17 people. The house is big enough for everyone to spread out. It was equipped with pretty much all we needed. The inside of this house looks like it should be in a magazine. The finishes are gorgeous and very high end. We did buy some blankets because the weather was stormy and chilly and there were no extra blankets. The pros are: spacious bedrooms and everyone had their own bathroom. Grocery stores are close. Neighbors are not. The cons are: 2 hours from the closest airport in PCB. That makes for a long drive when people are arriving and leaving on different days. The pillows in the house need replacing. They were all awful. Bring lots of bug spray. There are no screens on the windows and the bugs and no see-ums are everywhere. Don’t rent boogie boards from the rental place. The pool has two. I would definitely rent this house again. We had an amazing time!

This home is beautiful and is accurately depicted in the ad. It is actually closer to the water than the pictures show and the beach was easy to access. The beds were very comfortable and having a bathroom for each bedroom was a plus. The management company is outstanding and is very customer oriented. We will definitely stay here again!

House was very accommodating and spacious. Room for everyone. Porch sitting and ocean viewing was perfect. Private beach more than a plus! Private pool made hot afternoons better. Great proximity to the beach.

The house has a good setup. It is very comfortable for 2 families and could possibly support 3. There was a power outage that killed the wifi but management had them out the next day to fix it. The kids loved the pool and hot tub as well. They do also supply beach towels which is nice. There are no beach toys so just bring some if you have kiddos. Overall great house. Only real negative is that the cancellation policy is very during these crazy times.
