Take a peek at this "Southern Charm" that has been transformed from top to bottom. This charming beach house is filled with character and charm preserving the homes originality. The open floorplan with double-height beamed living room flows into the spacious dining and kitchen area. All AGA appliances, recycled glass quartz countertops and plenty of seating for everyone. The pine wood floors with hand carved trim give this home an extra dose of "Southern Charm".
On the main level we have the king master bedroom with attached bathroom with step in shower. Upstairs there are two additional king suites with attached bathrooms and in the hallway you have an adorable built in twin bunk set, perfect for the kids! With this excellent location and year round breezes on the front deck what more could you ask for? It doesn't stop there...outside you have a screened in patio area with TV, located adjacent to a brand new hot tub, and front fenced in yard for up to two dogs to enjoy while grilling your daily catch! There is easy beach access in each direction across the street, too!
