The unit was very clean which is #1 importance to me. It lacked in silverware and very limited closet space.The closet was full therefore no place for suitcases or other items. There were no hangers but I did leave some. Otherwise very nice. Great sunset view.

So great we extended our stay!

Property is full of great amenities, great location, extremely clean, and great for young children with their kid options. We loved it so much we extended our stay an extra day, which was easy to do with communicating with property owner! Highly recommend.

The place was perfect with the exception of lack of communication with the host

Was not told room was ready went in to find no running water finally the help desk got it going. Kids got locked in the condo for a lengthy time was unable to get a hold of the host had to get another guy to almost bust the door down to get them out finally the front desk had to reach out to the host the locksmith had to come which finally the host called me and it was 30 min before the locksmith was able to arrive to change the spring back Then the power went out the host said to contact the property which I did and also everyone there had power but our condo it finally was back on after being off all day the host said it was a wiring issue but no one ever came to fix a wire issue so I wondered if the power bill wasn’t paid.. the place was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Would have been a lot better if I e didn’t have to deal with those issues and had better contact with the host.

While we greatly appreciate your feedback, the two issues were completely out of our control as well as you not being able to find out phone number. As soon as you contacted us, we called to get everything taken care of, I do apologize you had issues finding our phone number on the VRBO platform but it’s listed on all your reservation info (required) and on every email we send to you (total of 5)…. Locksmith came out within 30 minutes of being called, said the door was jammed from being slammed and had to replace the striker. With the power, again, we called immediately and offered you to cancel and refund you but you wanted to stay. As much as we wish these things didn’t take place on your stay, we did try to get them resolved as quickly as possible and did try to make sure you were comfortable which is why we offered you a refund.

This was our first time visiting PCB, and the condo was perfect! The view was beautiful, the pools were amazing, and the location was excellent. The condo was spacious, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed for the beach. The host was responsive, answered all of our questions, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking again in the future!
