Last Minute Getaway

My kids and I decided to take a last minute trip to the beach. We booked this condo and it was perfect! The location is amazing! Plus, there are so many delicious food options within walking distance! The included beach chairs were so nice to have each day! We absolutely loved our time here and definitely plan to rent again in the future! Cynthia was an incredible host! We had a small issue with the air unit and she had someone to us within minutes to have it fixed! Very impressed!

Great Location for the Wedding we were Attending

Owner was very nice and open to communicate. Let us check-in 2 hours early. Condo was clean and well decorated. We had a wedding to attend at Runaway Island and this condo provide us a place to stay within walking distance. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance that we took advantage of. Also really enjoyed the fact that Pier Park was less than a 10 minute drive. Thank you to Cynthia for so quickly addressing all our needs during our stay

Anniversary trip

My husband and I spent a week in Panama City Beach in this condo. Cynthia, the owner was super helpful in guiding us through the check-in and checkout process. The condo itself was clean, spacious and welcoming. Cynthia checked in with us, periodically throughout her stay to make sure there wasn’t any questions we had or anything there was that we needed, I love the proximity of the condo to the beach. Sometimes there was a wait for an elevator for hire Florissant, but we have the option to take the stairs to the third-floor. This is a perfect place to get away. You’ll love the view for the deck I will definitely plan on staying here again !

Perfect stay

A friend and I booked a very quick getaway and Cynthia helped us make the absolute most of it! She is flexible, easy to communicate with, and so helpful. The condo is bright and cheery, offers a beautiful view, and is steps away from the skyway bridge. We keep coming back to Emerald Beach due to location and value, and Cynthia’s place takes the cake. Absolutely perfect!

This unit was absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect, right on the 3rd floor, close to all the amenities the resort has to offer. The property manager is wonderful, so easy to communicate with! The bed is so comfortable and the room is stocked with anything you could possibly need for your stay. This is our new favorite property!

Mother Daughter trip.

We had a nice time. We’re not around here so when tropical/ hurricane came about we decided to leave for home. It was sad but our life is more important. We missed out 4 more days. The owner checked up with us when we got home and she is going to let us makeup our loss days. We appreciated her doing this even thou she didn’t half to. Very niece condo and Cynthia is very sweet.

Great family getaway

We had a very nice time. The condo is as described in the listing and VERY, VERY clean. Cynthia was very easy to communicate with from the time we started considering this condo, to booking it, and throughout our entire stay. I do think it’s important to mention that while the listing says no elevator wait, if you have anyone in your group that uses a wheelchair, like we did, then you will have to use multiple elevators to get around the building especially when parking isn’t available on the third floor. This wasn’t a huge deal, and we would stay here again, but I think it’s important to make note of this.

Our stay was great the only complaint was it was very noisy at night and first thing in the morning. The room is close to bar and singing so that couldn't be helped. all in all, great. Thank You .
