Welcome to Summer on Sandpebble located in the beautiful gated Oceanside Village community. Spend your days lounging on the beach or enjoying all the amenities that the resort has to offer. Come back to your spacious private deck on the lake to grill and relax with the family. Savor that morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine as you watch the wildlife drift by from your cozy spot on the deck. Cast a line in the lake from your deck or any of the numerous lakes in Oceanside Village. **Remember - it's Catch & Release.

In this spacious 3 BR/3BA home, there's room to spread out or gather together. Beautiful new quartz countertops and updated appliances make the kitchen as beautiful as it is functional. Enjoy meals out on the deck or at the cozy dining area. Family movie night will be a thing again with the 58" large screen TV . No need to pack linens - all bath towels, washcloths and sheets are provided for your convenience. Just bring your beach towels! Rest easy on brand new queen-sized bedding in all three bedrooms. Three full bathrooms - one with a tub/shower combo. The other two bathrooms feature walk-in showers. No more fighting over the shower! A washing machine and dryer are also available in the house should you need it.

You'll love taking the golfcarts or the bikes for a spin around the neighborhood or down to the private beach access. While you're down there, make sure you have lunch at the Conch Cafe overlooking the ocean. **Please note that no one under the age of 18 is allowed to drive the golfcarts. All others must have a valid drivers license.

Amenities abound at Oceanside Village. You'll love the outdoor and indoor pools and splash pad and playground for the kids. Pick your sport! There's tennis, volleyball, pickleball, bocce ball, shuffleboard and outdoor basketball courts. For an additional fee, you will also have access to Oceanside's gym and library. There's something here for everyone no matter what your interest.

Across the road from Oceanside Village, you'll find Tupelo Bay golfcourse for a friendly game of putt-putt or a round of golf. Hundreds of great restaurants in every direction . Murrells Inlet is a quick drive away. Take a stroll down the marshwalk and check out the nightlife at any number of the restaurants and bars or just mozy down the pier to watch the fishing boats come in.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Highlights include: (2) golf carts making it easy to transport people & gear to & from the beach, beach chairs and umbrellas available in the shed, nice TV for evening entertainment, and THAT OUTDOOR SHOWER! We had a great time!

Lovely vacation home!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated home! Peaceful back deck was great in the evenings eating outside or just sitting and relaxing. Golf carts were convenient. The beds were very comfortable too.

Great experience!

Our stay was fantastic! We were very happy with the house as it was clean and nicely updated! The covered porch was a great place for the family to relax after some time at the beach and in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again!

Sand pebble Stay

The house was very nice and the entire family had a lot of fun. The back patio was a fan favorite along with the golf carts. Great location and we hope to stay there again.

Amazing!

This is the best house! The hosts were very communicative and made sure we were aware of everything the property had the offer. It was quiet and serine with a beautiful lake view. The one issue we had was remedied that day. If we could have stayed longer we would have.

Best place we have stayed!

Everything at this property is A-Plus. The back deck alone is so relaxing you don't tend to get anxious to go to the beach to relax. The interior is super updated, clean, spacious and relaxing as well. The hosts are very responsive and wonderful people. I have stayed at many, many places in Oceanside Village and I will dream of getting back to this slice of heaven!

Amazing beach getaway

This house was an amazing vacation spot for my friends and I. Mike and Jodi were very helpful throughout the whole process from check-in to check-out. The house was very clean upon arrival and it sits in the perfect location in the community. If you're debating whether or not stay here, do it! I will definitely be back.

Excellent Getaway

We had an awesome time celebrating my wife’s birthday weekend. Jodi was very accommodating and responded very promptly to all questions and requests. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing weekend. The 2 golf carts on property made things very easy to get around with a group of 6 ppl. We hope to visit here again soon!

Beautiful House

This property was awesome. The first thing we noticed was how clean it was. Decor was beautiful. The golf carts were really nice. We really enjoyed all the surprise extras such as phone charger, beach chairs and umbrellas, games, outdoor shower, speakers on golf cart….. We would highly recommend staying here!

Family Vacation

Jodi and Mike were great hosts and quickly responded to any messages from us. Their home is beautifully situated on the water and you will love eating family meals on their deck! We enjoyed grilling and spent a lot of time there, when we weren’t at the beach! The house was perfect for traveling with our older children, as they each had a queen bed and their own bathroom. Checking in and out was super easy. We had a great stay!

Perfect getaway

Enjoyed our stay here very much!! The back deck was perfect for watching all the ducks, swans, turtles, and fish. Everything we could have wanted or needed is right there on property. Very clean. Excellent communication with owner. Having 2 golf carts was a definite plus, as well as plenty of towels and pillows and blankets.

Southern “House-pitality!”

Our family of 6 had the absolute best time in this lovely home! We had so many favorites!!-the deck is a cozy spot and the lake and is beautiful. We loved watching the turtles pop their heads up from the water. The beach was an easy 5 minute golf cart away! The house was very clean and had everything we needed! Jodi was wonderful to work with and was always a text away! We cannot wait to come back again!! Thank you, Jodi and Mike☀️☀️

One for the Books!

From the moment we arrived we were extremely happy with our rental. The home was very clean and had so many extra touches that made you think you were at home. The beds offered a great nights sleep ( so much so hubby is looking to buy the exact mattress). The porch was so peaceful to sit out with family & friends at the end of a long beach day and enjoy the ocean air. We spent many a nights driving in the golf carts looking at the community and scenery. We were so happy that we booked this place and hope to again in the future.

Backyard Paradise !!

Stayed here for my Son’s Graduation and wasn’t disappointed. Very clean and had all the amenities of home. The flat top griddle was helpful with cooking for six people. The two golf carts were a plus. The back deck was by far our favorite hangout with plenty of seating and beautiful water views. The owners contacted me during our stay asking if everything was ok and if we needed anything. No complaints here. We are looking forward to coming back in the future and highly recommend this wonderful property. Thanks again Jodi and Mike

A great place to stay...

for our summer vacation! Upon entering the house, we were very pleased and excited to stay in such a lovely rental. The house was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, cookware and utensils. There was plenty of seating for our family, the beds were comfy and we loved the outdoor living space. We enjoyed watching the geese, ducks and turtles. The golf carts were in great shape and perfect for getting to the beach and pools. It was a blessing to have the linens and a variety of beach equipment provided. Plus, Jodi, one of the owners, was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions that I had before and during our stay. We had everything we could have wished for in a perfect place to stay for a relaxing and fun vacation! We hope to book this rental again next year...it truly felt like a home away from home.
