Sorry we didn't live up to your expectations. There used to be suitcase racks but apparently they went walking. New ones have been ordered. Such is the reality of a vacation owner. I do wonder how much of your criticism is due to you not realizing that the Saint Patrick Day parade took place on the date of your departure and your decision to leave a night early. It would appear that me offering you a free night in the future was not enough to offset your displeasure with leaving early. You would have been able to use Habersham to avoid the parade route. Best of luck in the future.
