Edgewater Stay

Over-all a nice place. The listing gave the impression that the large pool was closer to our building than it actually is. The unit needs a better equipped kitchen. No blanket for the pull out in the living room.

Everything was great. But be aware mattresses suck, backs were hurting after first night. After 6 nights I was looking forward to my own mattress

On the beach- Bright and nice layout Quiet Beds could’ve been a bit nicer Couch and chairs are a bit tired But overall a nice stay

The Great Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautiful. It has a fantastic balcony area. I had read prior reviews, so I made sure to bring my own hangers. There is a musty smell, but the overall condo experience was totally worth it! Maintenance came in a few times without us being notified, so hopefully that is remedied for future renters. We would still highly recommend this place.

Perfect location and clean property

We loved our stay! Our unit was beautiful and very clean, and the common areas were all clean and well maintained. The property manager was super responsive when we got nervous that our air conditioning was about to malfunction room, and they sent help right away. The location is perfect, beaches are beautiful, and the restaurant on site was great. We’ll be back!

Hot Tub

Stay was nice however I was under the impression the hot tub was at my unit and it was at unit one and the Jets didn’t work well. It really was more like taking a hot bath.

Gorgeous views and relaxing time by all!

When we walked in the condo! The look of surprise and beauty of the ocean! Was priceless ! We were so excited to watch sunsets and sunrises on your own private baloney!! The access to the beach was a breeze! A short walk to any of the pools and restaurants! We also adventured over the bridge to shop and see what we could see! Just a short drive to restaurant, piers and shopping in either direction from the parking lots! We are planning our next stay as we are driving home !!

A Great Family Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Windward 206 was amazing! The condo fit us well as a family of four. Parking was very easy and they had luggage carts available next to the elevators. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and spacious, and the living room was great for watching the waves and enjoying the view. The kitchen was well stocked. A few cutting boards and containers with lids would have helped but we got by. The resort itself was nice and clean. We used all the pools and had no issues. My only negative takeaway would be the floor. It felt sticky. We would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends.

A short stay in PCB

The property met our needs very well. It was clean and everything worked. We needed a little help to find the building where the condo was located and how to use the gate code to get in the parking lot. Once we figured it out the parking was excellent. We will probably stay here again. The initial charge was listed as $75/night but by the time everybody got their cut it was over $200/night. Deceptive advertising.

Great place to stay but bring everything.

Loved the condo, the view and the proximity to the beach! Just a few things to know: there are no hangers and bring your own dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, garbage bags and Kleenex. The host does not provide enough for your stay. But to be fair, they did give us more when we asked (pointedly). Also there was a bit of a musty smell and don’t count on the grill listed in the amenities. And there was a required damage insurance that cost $30 more than what we had purchased on our own and there is a fee for using your credit card to pay. Beyond that, would we stay here again? Yes. We loved the condo and the wonderful view and the beach. Just understand what to expect.

More than met our needs

If you are looking for top end luxury this isn’t the place for you. Is the patio door a bit off kilter, yes. Are there a couple of ants from time to time, yes. But, it’s literally beachfront away from the noise of the main pools of the property and we loved everything about it. The kitchen was well appointed and the unit was light, airy and spacious. The bed in the master bedroom was as comfortable and the room had more than ample storage. Probably our only suggestion for the owner would be to take the carpet out of the bedrooms and replace with tile to eliminate stains and west and tear but nit trying to spend the owner’s money for them! We would definitely come back!

won't stay here again

no A/C for first 2 days. repair tech said unit froze up.when he left carpet in second bedroom was flooded and starting to stink. mold and mill due growing in master shower. carpet in master spoted and dirty. bath tub had black soap scum in bottom.sleeper sofa was dirty inside.sliding patio door wouldn't stay closed nor could it be locked.tried to find property manager but never did talk with anyone.
