There are small appliances such as a 12 cup coffee maker, blender, waffle maker, and toaster oven, and loads of dishes, utensils, an assortment of glasses, pots/pans (including lobster pots and a roaster). Hosts are willing to attempt to comply with reasonable special requests when possible. A starter supply of spices, paper products, detergents, liquid soaps, trash bags, cleaning supplies, and kitchen linens are provided. The cabinets are solid wood, the floor is tile, and an island divides the kitchen from the dining area. One can overlook the water while standing at the kitchen sink! How good is that?

The dining area has a large oak table with ample seating and a beautiful waterfront view through large casement windows and a glass slider to the deck. There are newly refinished hardwoods and an area rug.

There is a half bath off the foyer, a large closet, and the entrance to the garage.

The bedrooms are all upstairs, as well as both full bathrooms.
