ELLERY HOUSE is a charming and beautifully maintained, 1750 sq-ft Summer Beach House. 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Also have Queen pull out couch. Pets and children are always welcome. You will LOVE the huge outdoor patio space!

On Easton's Point, Ellery House is an easy walk to the beaches. This Cape style home is a few blocks from the beach & numerous bars & restaurants, and a mile to town and all the fun activities of Newport.

There is plenty of off-street parking, a private back yard with beautiful large fenced patio (for people & your pet!), grill, and an outdoor hot & cold shower. There is A/C throughout.

*** please be aware there is potential construction noise in neighborhood Summer/fall 2025.

Completely separate area off back of home is sometimes owner occupied. It is a completely private, separate space. You may occasionally run into us or our 2 friendly dogs, passing through through the back yard/patio area, or in & out of the driveway, but your stay in the main house is very private.

We are a NON-smoking property, but you may smoke outside.
